Social media strategy and marketing from influencer marketing to social media management for some activations and ongoing support. We were provided a number of influencer to promote our seasonal promos. Additionally, we had Social Media 55 help with our Google maps listing and optimizing it and helping with strategy and management.

Month after month we had increased foot traffic into the store and greater turnout for our promos. We had increased engagement rates and excellent conversions which led us to continuing our initiatives with them. We have a great increase in google maps which has our analytics showing a big increase almost every month   we have excellent productivity and making operations easier to manage. All in all the service is a success.

Our team hired Social Media 55 for a few different needs.  The main one was social media.  We needed to create video content that properly demonstrated our service and properly told a story in high quality.  We made several video and a number of reels in shorter form to achieve the content we need for social media and other marketing needs. Mostly for Facebook, Instagram and some LinkedIn.  We also work closely with the team to help position us in the search engines for local traffic.  We are being provided a local SEO and technical SEO service. We are also working on Google AdWords to bring in leads on demand.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos came out spectacular and have a cinematic feel.  Something we could have never done on our own with a cellphone.  They used professional gear and even flew drones to capture some shots of us on the roof in action.  I think the drone footage sets it apart being that we are working high up off the ground. The crew came prepared with the right equipment and got the job done on multiple video and photo shoots. We are seeing a great response from our audience. The videos and the messaging. The videos and photos have been perfect quality for Facebook and Instagram. 

SEO has been a gradual progression. We have seen a rise in our rankings organically and that has been exciting.  Our Google AdWords allows us to get the immediate results we’re looking for and that has been good. We will be introducing a social media advertising strategy to help with our awareness campaign.

The team delivers our videos quite quickly.  In fact, we seem to get them about a week after filming.  They are put into a Dropbox for us and we can access as we wish. What I love is that we own our assets and Social Media 55 does not hold any rights to our work. That was important for us.  The team is speedy, professional and always returns our calls and emails.  They get the job done and then some.
