I'm a manager at a bulgarian retail company. We sell clothes, shoes and accessories. The first store was opened in 1995 and since then we've opened a few more. In 2014 we started out website topsports.bg.

We have around 40% raise in our income with almost the same budget from last year.

The team's communication is fluent. Whenever I give them information about an upcoming campaign, they always give an advice to make the campaign better.

They didn't just help with the marketing part, but also gave a me UX analysis about out website to make it easier for customers to purches.

Not at the moment from our point of view.

I searched Google for a digital marketing agency in Bulgaria, send inquiries to 4-5 agencies and Metrix first got my attention with their portfolio and after our meeting I was totally sure these are my partners.

On a meeting they asked questions about our unique selling points, KPIs, our margins and goals. 2 days after the meeting they gave us a media plan and suggestions on how to start and structure the campaigns. Everything was relevant so we decided to give them freedom to do their job.

We had exponential growth in sales week after week. Each month. Month after month. More sales. Lower cost of sale. Higher ROAS. It was and it's still amazing. It's like they are thinking for our business as it's theirs own. They gave us valuable insights on what to improve on our website and which products. I really appreciate working with Metrix because they overdeliver on everything we talked on our first meetings.

We have a monthly meetings and weekly calls. We have a very detailed custom KPI report that is automatically updated.
