After having a detailed discussion with the Project Manager about our brand goals and guidelines, we asked for an initial sample design. We needed our website to be developed on WordPress since our team was well acquainted with it. Inspaceweb provided us with an initial design and then proceeded with finalizing the color schemes, fonts and working towards the final look and feel of the website.

They progressed with the work and kept taking our feedback regularly throughout the project. This allowed us to ask them for some changes and additions along the way. They applied all the changes and additions we asked for and we were satisfied with it. They then showed us the live test demo of the website before launch and we were highly satisfied with the end result.

We had a very positive experience with Inspaceweb since they listened to all our concerns and changes about the deliverables and addressed them till we were satisfied with the result.

We had regular communication with the project manager via email, WhatsApp and Zoom meetings. The project manager communicated with the rest of the team, and there were a few delays which they let us know about. The project timeline was extended due to some hiccups and additional changes needed, but in the end, all was managed and completed properly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about them was their creative design and technical abilities. They implemented some unique and modern design elements to our website which made our website highly appealing. They also took the time to communicate with us and resolve the technical issues we were facing from our end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things could always have been done faster, but since there were some technical hiccups along the way, it was more important for us to get a website that looked good along with a fast loading time. So we are satisfied with the end result that we got a modern, unique and fast-loading website.

They also kept taking our feedback throughout the project and this allowed us to ask them for some minor changes we needed during the final phase of the project.

They then came back to us with the complete design of our website and a live test demo which they set up on their managed hosting service. We were highly satisfied with the design and speed of the website after testing it. They then handed us over the website with detailed documentation and tutorials for our team.
