It was evident that Massive Media had the chops to create something beautiful and engaging based on their portfolio and company website - and they delivered a beautiful end product that we're really proud of. What was most unexpected and impressive though, turned out to be the openness to pitch in with innovative creative ideas based on what they learned during research and discovery about Doberman's personality and aspirations. An example is that Doberman identified a print half tone/dot matrix type aesthetic as something we liked - BUT, we recognized that we produce content for television, not for print. Massive came up with a solution that felt in the spirit of what we loved about the print aesthetic but was geared towards tv - tube TV square pixels.

He took my suggestion and completely rearranged it, explaining how we could be more effective. A lot of people would approach giving that kind of feedback with a certain air, but Andy was so relatable, kind, and understanding that he never made us feel ignorant or insufficient. He just focused on finding proactive solutions to the problems at hand. We felt completely taken care of throughout the process.

It was evident that Massive Media had the chops to create something beautiful and engaging based on their portfolio and company website - and they delivered a beautiful end product that we're really proud of. What was most unexpected and impressive though, turned out to be the openness to pitch in with innovative creative ideas based on what they learned during research and discovery about Doberman's personality and aspirations. An example is that Doberman identified a print half tone/dot matrix type aesthetic as something we liked - BUT, we recognized that we produce content for television, not for print. Massive came up with a solution that felt in the spirit of what we loved about the print aesthetic but was geared towards tv - tube TV square pixels.
