The studio's specialists held several branding sessions with us, during which they were looking for insights to develop corporate branding and a character to represent the company. The process was long, but interesting and useful, and Bambuk is very attentive to the details and wishes of the client. After the branding sessions, we were presented with several concepts, after which we chose the one that suited us best. Next came the detailing and prototyping.

From the first meeting to the final approval of the project, communication was top-notch. The studio's specialists accompanied the project at every step, gave expert advice and easily explained changes or their decisions. We felt that the project manager really listened to our wishes, and the team knew about our values and took them into account when creating creatives and solutions.

Weekly update calls allowed us to be constantly aware of what was happening on the customer's side, monitor the process, and make adjustments flexibly. We received all the files, usage guides, and a product that matches our brand.

Our company needed a cool branding and website, so we hired Bambuk Studio to set it up. The main challenge was to develop a branding and website for a rather atypical and highly specialized product that requires a deep understanding of the business and the market as a whole. It was also necessary to find a systematic approach and develop materials for social media in order to bring to market the first platform of purely Ukrainian production of ERP platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

On the recommendation of partners who have used the services of Bambuk Studio. The deciding factor was the level of communication with their team and, of course, the portfolio and real cases

At the discovery stage, the team explored the essence of the product, found users and conducted in-depth interviews to identify user needs and expectation of product. Then the team developed a communication strategy and created a brand platform on the basis of which they implemented a modern identity, messages and key visual. This key visual was realized with the creation of the character "Bia", and trust me, Bambuk is quite detail oriented in the creation and search (we agreed on something in between Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lawrence and Jessica Chastain:).

Moving on to the product strategy, they identified the starting segments to bring the product to the market. Based on the collected data, Bambuk developed the structure and prototype of the website, formed the content and developed a design with animations. They also have done an effective video explainer for us that helped us get a new leads too.

Communication with the Bambuk team was conducted through the Product Owners and Creative director Oles. He helped to determine the nuances of the work, maintain the consistency of the tasks. There were weekly demos with stakeholders, where the team showed us the results of their work We worked with three teams, which consisted of POs, two graphic designers, brand strategist, copywriter, UI/UX designers, full stack and front end developers and gorgeous animators.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We really liked the result, because at the end we got a clear strategy for the product to enter the market, excellent communication, etc. A complete package that allowed to generate new leads and implement projects in different companies. To help you understand the result, we are currently working to BE ABLE implement the program for the number of people who buy our services=)). In other words, now there are more clients than our capabilities. And it seems to me that this is an indicator of great work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

If there were controversial points in the vision of the product, Oles always helped and explained from a professional point of view. The work between our companies was set up and organized, as I wrote above, there was a weekly demos where we checked the results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are most impressed by the depth of the team's immersion in our issues. They really understood our main desires. They tried to know our product better than we did. Wanna use a metaphor that they are "like a mother who leads a child by the hand and shows how best to do it". Another big advantage is that Bambuk provides comprehensive and holistic solutions, everything is within their company. If you need a video, they will do it, cause they have a special team. If you need a website, they do it too. That is, all in one place.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think that every company should constantly work on itself to get better. Bambuk can improve time management processes, I think. Although, those who want to get a quality product must understand that quality implementation is almost never equal to fast implementation.

We chose among the several creative agencies. Their proposal was a winning one because of the approaches they used to create a brand and their experience.

We conduct the brand sprint, desck research and design session on the first stage. Then we go through brand strategy (we recieved an audience portrait, benefits, brand platform and communication). The team create a visual conception and at the last stage we recieved all corporate identity, logo, slogan and a guide how to use all of this stuff.

Thanks to the really beautiful result we have a platform to build our future website and all campaigns. Our customers enjoy the brand new style, and we heard really cool feedback. We have become more serious and clients who contact us see this seriousness in us namely because of the new branding. We know how to use this, so the number of our customer have increased.

As I know, they are working with Scrum. So we have weekly sync with them. Also they have a weekly sprints, and deliver all ready work on us at the end of a sprint. All communication was going online through google meets and Telegram.

They are really love what they do. It is seen through the tiny details. Creativity and professionalism are the words that describe them. Also they are very responsible!

We've first dived into research phase and had calls weekly to brainstorm on ideas and key visuals. Later, the design and developer team has taken over and presented some great work that we later spent time to polish all together.

I'd say it was around 6-7 people or more. 3 project managers and delegated team around them.

They came up with the most unique designs for our projects. It was authentic, emotion driven, and reflected the project values accurately.

Very affective. The Bambuk team was always on top of it all, and replied always timely. sometimes even really late at night!

I love deep the team dives into the project. They have a very good perception of how users should feel or engage within the project. they can advise on how to think about design and connect it to users hearts.

Starting with the branding and website, the project with Bambuk quickly expanded to include more categories, including videos, corporate identity, email campaign, etc. From discovery, research, ideation, revision, execution, implementation, testing, to launch, Bambuk was involved every step of the way.

We consider the project a success as the new website effectively conveys who we are with its design. The traffic to our website has also improved significantly over time.

The Bambuk Studio team is very dedicated to their work and it shows in the end results. There were some challenges regarding communications and expectations due to cultural differences. However, the Bambuk team is always open to suggestions for improvements.

They are creative and dedicated to their arts and crafts. They are open to changes and suggestions. They are young (at heart) and vibrant and easy to work with.

There are always areas for improvement - true for everyone including us. As long as both parties involved are open and willing to communicate directly and freely, I see the possibility of further growth and up-leveling as we continue to work together.

This vendor was recommended to us by our usual supplier for such services (because our supplier was fully booked and could not take on board our project. Our usual supplier said: we will direct you to "good hands") We (UMDI) never regretted that it happened that way! Could not imagine better vendor than Bambuk for this project!

The scope of the project was: 1 introduction video with Public Person (with graphics , tailor made music and animation) - 30 sec. 5 video stories with civil initiatives- 3-4 minutes each (with interviews of activists, beneficiaries, and subject related shootings) Additional materials that we used for digital promo: short teaser for the project (30 sec), short video sets with Public Person (saying the main slogans for the campaign), short videos (15 sec) with civil activists. English language subtitles work.

The vendor provided us with full scope of work. Starting from budgeting, and producing creative concept for video. Then scripts' writing, choice of location, booking, and all management for production (team, logistics, all extracurricular activities). Flowing production, sounding titling, etc work to final product.

With media activities planned for the campaign we have reached 5 mln unique contacts of our target audience. Or have 16 mln - number of contact with TA.

Very efficient. Quick. Easy. Comprehensive. They are always ready to help, discuss, offer solutions. Very good with deadlines (try to do the job even earlier if possible)

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very processional people. Young, dynamic, full of ideas. Very creative and really 'on the edge' in terms of technologies and trends in video production/advertising/PR/marketing! Highest level of client management: responsive, communicative, emphatic

Bambuk studio got in our shortlist as a professionals who was reccomended by our partners, they have a great portfolio as well. They made the best price-quality offer among other 3 companies we requested for an offer.

We gave them a story, What we want to see in general. Also we had some graphic materials to use in video production. Bambuk studio showed us an expert approach, they prepared a detailed plan of work.

During all production process we had 4-5 meetings with checkpoints discussions. We had some misunderstandings in animatic preparation so we got a little out of schedule. Overall process was built nicely, everything was clear.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We had our project manager in Bambuk studio. He was responsive and consistent all project long. Few times we had some delays with answers, looks like there was an overload in our vendor's process. Overall feedback was good, without special problems

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Video was made perfectly, it gives a feeling of totally game engagement. Unfortunately we have some delays with our marketing campaign due to the technical issues, so this video will be published in the end of november 2019.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Overall workflow was good, all our wishes were immediately taken into account. We had an option to use trello for process managing, but it was decided not to do this. Our offices are located in the same city and we had an option to communicate live.

Bambuk team is very creative one, they have a great feeling what they need to do. This fusion of creativity and huge experience gives great result. You just need to give them info what audience you need to cover, product details and they will give you fantastic result

Guys need to work on their timing, cause we had some delays during the process that caused extension of project delivery deadlines and little budget growth
