We needed to revamp our website. The old one had an outdated style and design, so we needed to update it. We also wanted to create LSO's brand guidelines and organize all our pillars of work and advocacy.

Additionally, they created new advocacy pages, such as the chronic disease strategy and medtech advocacy group. The team also created our brand guidelines and provided technical support.

Azuro Digital launched the new website and pages, and we gathered more traction. We had 46,246 views and 744 clicks in six months. We also received positive feedback from stakeholders.

Azuro Digital led the redesign and development of our platform to improve usability, accessibility, and overall performance. Their scope of work included technical discovery, UX/UI design, and full website redevelopment.Key deliverables included a new, conversion-focused website design with improved navigation and accessibility features; development and launch of the updated website; integration of streamlined, user-friendly forms to support learner engagement; and enhancements to search functionality, including advanced filters and a skills-based search feature to better connect users with relevant training.Azuro Digital also implemented SEO improvements to increase platform visibility, integrated enhanced analytics to support performance tracking and reporting, and supported content migration to the new platform. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The relaunch delivered a fully redesigned, accessible website with enhanced navigation and streamlined user pathways, improving the learner experience from search to enrollment. New functionality, including advanced search filters and a skills-based search feature, has strengthened how users identify and connect with relevant training opportunities.Our platform now more effectively highlights fully and partially funded training, supporting increased access for equity-deserving learners. SEO improvements have also strengthened the platform’s visibility, contributing to increased discoverability of training opportunities.In addition, the integration of enhanced analytics tools provides the ability to track user behavior, engagement, and conversions more effectively. This represents a significant improvement in our capacity to measure performance, assess impact, and continuously optimize the platform based on data.Since the relaunch of the platform, early performance data indicates positive user engagement and improved visibility. We’ve recorded 834 unique visitors, 976 sessions, and 1,631 page views, demonstrating active user interaction with the site.Launch day generated 137 visitors, indicating strong initial interest and an effective rollout. Early traffic growth continued, with 250 visitors recorded shortly after launch, including 33% originating from direct search, suggesting improved visibility and user intent to access the platform.These early indicators suggest that the redesigned platform is successfully attracting users and encouraging deeper engagement. The improved navigation, search functionality, and clearer pathways to training are supporting users in exploring multiple pages per session and interacting more meaningfully with available content.

Azuro Digital has been super responsive. If they don’t have an answer, they look for one and help us find solutions to problems in a timely manner. The team is extremely professional and operates in a timely fashion. We communicate via virtual meetings and emails.

The French translation app we’re using works for now, but we might need to explore other options for a French side in the future. This isn’t Azuro Digital’s fault; it just fell out of the project’s scope.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Not sure they were metric measurable, but the tasks were done. We moved from one CMS to another, the Chatbot and forms went from zero to now used and the overall look and feel went from the 90's to 2020s. Usability is still something we will measure but with the additions, they should improve. We also did a great deal of work together to change the overall organization and wording on things, which will also help usability. But 1 week in and no problems is a pretty good sign.

Communication with the Azuro Digital team was key throughout the process. Our approach was pretty hands-on and hands-in. If we sent an email or asked for a meeting, things were handled almost immediately or within 24 hours. If there were issues of holdup or slowness, it was definitely on our business side.

Having direct access to the designer was beneficial. There were days when our staff and Azuro worked on site at the same time, and in some cases, on video calls together. They aslo had to work with 2 other vendors (a server host and webdevelper not typical to their usual work) to make things work. It was complicated at times but through the process, Azuro were the more helpful ones and worked to find solutions rather than making others cater to them.
