I am an executive assistant and graphic designer for an annual conference held in Chicago. The event is aimed at brand marketers and solutions providers who want to sell their services to marketing departments.

We’ve hired Brand Vision for website design and development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided our 2023 event website from scratch. We gave guidance on creative direction and collaborated with Brand Vision to create the branding and aesthetic. When we completed the website, Brand Vision was responsible for keeping the site up and handling maintenance on a weekly basis. They were also responsible for implementing any edits that needed to be taken care of. 

We are engaging Brand Vision to build the website for our 2024 event.

We conducted online research and eventually decided to move forward with Brand Vision.

We started working together in September 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

We were so pleased with their work that we've decided to collaborate with them again for our 2024 website. We consider our partnership with Brand Vision successful and believe working with them led to an excellent conference.

They are consistent in their updates, and everything is delivered on time and within budget.

We were working with a dedicated account manager at all times and they were updating us in detail multiple times a week. They listened to all of our concerns and ideas in the discovery call and did an amazing job creating our vision.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brand Vision, and what were your goals?

We hired Brand Vision for a marketing consultation, and after the consultation we hired them for Web Design and Development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a long hiring process in which we had a discussion with around 12 agencies and studied each proposal. In the end the deciding factor was the experience, pricing and vision for the project. Brand Vision came out on top, since they seemed to have a very clear idea of what we were trying to achieve.

The main deliverables were the user journey and research behind the UX/UI of the website. After that step was done and our team discussed everything in length with Brand Vision's team, we moved on to the web design and after the general lay out, they went through the design steps page by page. Consistent meetings with our team produced the perfect result without many revisions.

We worked mainly with a client services representative/coordinator + two senior designers on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Because this project was mostly design based, there are not many measurable outcomes that we can mention, the only outcome is the perfect design and the functionality of the website.

This part was one of the most impressive characteristics about Brand Vision. During this entire project we were never in the dark and every question or concern was explained to us fast and clearly. They mostly used phone calls, emails, and zoom to communicate with us, and the dedicated coordinator "Sam" helped keep everything organized and on time.

The most impressive things about how Brand Vision handled this project was definitely taste and communication. Our entire team was very comfortable with their team.

Brand Vision helped us with our full branding strategy and visual identity. for each asset, we worked with their team in a brainstorming session and then after the deliverable was done they presented the final result to us. We completed things like client persona all the way to business card designs.

We worked with 4 people, a project manager and 2 designers and a brand strategist. Arman was our main point of contact and he was amazing and very informative.

We have created an amazing branding package and we are yet to see how the public will react to our style.

They contacted me regarding my goals. I wanted them to create a logo, branding package, and a logo animation to use on my website. We had a meeting where I asked the questions I had. Then they provided me with a proposal that mentioned all the details of the project.

Our branding turned out very beautiful and outstanding. The animation was exactly what i was looking for.

We had a meeting on Zoom, but the rest of the meetings were through email. This was very convenient.
