There are going to be issues in every project. It’s the client’s feeling of how that went that is going to dictate the project itself. In our case, we had some roadblocks. That being said, we expect those roadblocks with the project we were going into. Even though we had an overrun in the initial timeframe, very satisfied with how it was handled and communicated to me. They communicated very well and very often. We might have 10 or 15 emails a day from these guys during the middle of our project. We appreciate that and it makes us feel like we’re part of the process. They don’t go in a back room and come out with a product you don’t like and needs major changes. The communication and feedback have been great.

It’s easy to get a hold of Chris. If he doesn’t pick up the phone, he calls me right back. He always reiterates our discussions in an email to keep the project organized. That lets me know that he heard what I said and that he’ll act on it. Their team doesn’t put pressure on me, which I appreciate. They want to get the project done the way I want it. They’re a can-do type of team. I talked to other agencies that planned to set it up and then I would fill it in. I would’ve had to do way more than I had to do for Chris. Another agency wanted to start from scratch and didn’t want to work with WordPress. If I ask Chris for something, he makes it happen. They’re friendly and listen to what I have to say.

They were highly responsive. Also, our website had a firm date by which it had to launch because we were launching in tandem with an AMS system, and they hit that deadline. If I ever asked our project manager for anything, she ensured it was delivered. She responded promptly to emails, but we also used Teamwork and did a lot through that, and if I needed her, I didn't have to place a task and wait for her. She was always there. Additionally, we worked with their head of development from beginning to end. He had a team underneath him that came through with additional requests we needed to launch.

They were highly responsive. Also, our website had a firm date by which it had to launch because we were launching in tandem with an AMS system, and they hit that deadline. If I ever asked our project manager for anything, she ensured it was delivered. She responded promptly to emails, but we also used Teamwork and did a lot through that, and if I needed her, I didn't have to place a task and wait for her. She was always there. Additionally, we worked with their head of development from beginning to end. He had a team underneath him that came through with additional requests we needed to launch.
