It is therefore not surprising that they know their work and have a very competent and skilled team. However, what clearly sets Functn apart from other competitors is the way they respond to customer needs. Our needs are discussed and recorded in detail. Functn works out proposals and solutions that often exceed our expectations. They take our requirements and then give them that certain something with their creative & innovative approaches. But what impressed us the most? The functn employees took the time to explain procedures and processes to us. Not just superficially, but in detail. In particular, they explained the technical aspects in an understandable way. We in marketing learned a lot from them and were able to develop a technical understanding that helps us in our day-to-day work. Through their willingness to explain things (sometimes multiple times), their patience and, above all, their professionalism, you can tell that Functn is passionate about what they do.
