I am the Marketing Mnagager for a company called CleanMy, CleanMy is a fully independent, leading supplier of janitorial, cleaning, hygiene and PPE supplies to a wide variety of business sectors. We had a website developed by Voodoochilli back in 2017/18 so we thought it was time to give it a revamp. We met with Sam from Voodoochilli and explained we were getting a new computer system so now was a good time to redo the website to work alongside it.
We explained we liked the old website and it worked well, but it looked old and also there were some limits with what we could achieve with it being a bespoke CMS.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Sam talked us through moving to wordpress and the benfits, he was really helpful and answered all my questions. He said it would be more flexible and we could easily add features to help us grow in the future.
Voodoochillis team were confident they could give us a fresh look as well as improving the customer journey, becuase we have used them before and have a long relationship with voodoochilli i was very confident we could under go another big project with them.

We first had a kick starter meeting where we explored idea, problems and area for improvment, this was fun and imformative. We were left with a brief for the work that was needed, Sam made a plan for going forward which included sticking to dealines set by our system provider so this gave me confidence they could deliver on time.
We then moved onto designs and wires frames, these were very impressive and the designs were exactly what i had in mind, with only a few small tweeks we were ready to move onto develpment. We are currently waiting for a functional CMS so i can test and add content and i am sure we will be impressed.

Sam is the Operations Manager for Voodoochilli, since starting with Voodoochilli Sam has streamlined thier procedures and been amazing at communicating thier progress with us. I can not express how important Sam is to the running of Voodoochilli and he is a huge credit to them.
We also worked with Harry, Digital Designer, who did the wireframes and designs for us, Harry was quick and easy to communicate with, his designs were so spot on and i was very pleased with his work. Dan is Web Developer, and he is working with us on the development stage, he has also been great and we look forward to working with him more.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The first website Voodoochilli designed for us has been a huge sucess and has completely changed the way we work, the website is now able to take orders and other tasks the sales team were doing by hand before, this has saved us on average about 20 incoming calls a day freeing the sales team up to make more outgoing calls. The website brings in 350-500 orders a month and has undoubtably increased profits. We can't wait to see what the new website can do

Sam is great at communicating, he is very organised and a pleasure to deal with. They use tools such as Figma to show us designs/ wireframes, and its always easy to use. We have a support email that we conntact if we have an issue, these are always responded to quickly.

They have taken on some huge projects with us that others turned down, and they have delivered one great website and soon another. They have always found ways to solve problems or adapt to work with us.

No, I think Sam has done a fabulous job of improving areas like communication and planning. Sam being there has given us more confidence as he is the consistant memeber of staff we can always rely on.
