We used Revelation to bring our online presence to present times, focusing on a new website, new marketing materials, and helping us figure out how to position ourselves in a competitive space. Much of the project focused on the website and making all of our visual aspects cohesive.

Making sure we liked our website from a functional and visual perspective was key. Also, they could help us understand how to express ourselves effectively amongst our competition through messaging and cohesive marketing materials.

We worked with Jovana as our go-to person who held regular meetings for tracking progress and getting our feedback on the project. They were pretty quick to respond to our questions which was usually within the same day. The project ended up finishing within the projected timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We really "vibed" with the people for lack of better words. We were referred to Revelation by a friend who thought highly of their work and we quickly had a good rapport with the team. To us working with a group we liked was one of the most important aspects, we felt they genuinely wanted to understand our goal- which to admit, we didn't fully know from the get-go. So to add, their guidance was also nice to encounter as the project progressed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Revelation Agency could have done differently?

We felt they did a good job from the first day we met to when our site went live. We are also in a creative design-based industry so we know the challenges that come with changing tastes throughout a project and I felt they did a good job keeping everyone on track to an outcome.

We needed a team of experts to build our email newsletter so it can run on autopilot. They set us up with a mailchimpset of templates we can plug and play, as well as got all our forms to properly tag new subscribers and get links tracked in Google analytics.

We had a few creative milestones:

1. Set up the software stack - they got us up in mailchimp and connected everything
2. Get the creative and copy set for our templates
3. Load up all the contacts and make sure things are working
