Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Director of Eko Bikes. Eko Bikes was founded in 2017, our main aim is to protect the environment, along with providing our customers with an efficient, cheaper way of travelling. We offer a wide range of Electric bikes delivered to our customers front door steps.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Tori Digital ?

I hired Tori Digital to give us a way to show case our bikes through the internet, and to also be able to communicate with our customers. I am so happy that we decided to use Tori Digital, as their team are extremely professional and delivered great results. Since working with Tori Digital our website traffic has increased significantly through their skills in Web Design and SEO, and we have seen a large number of new customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

What helped us decide to use Tori digital was their strong industry knowledge and their passion for what they do. They really understand our business and goals, and always go the extra mile to get us the best results possible. I would highly recommend Tori Digital to any businesses looking to improve their online presence.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Tori took us through the stages and steps of a web design process which are as follows:

• Research & Planning - We started with an informal meeting so we could get to know each other and it was my chance to inform what we wanted from tori.
• Information Architecture- Starr (web designer at tori) collected the information from the initial meeting to start the first draft.
• User Interface Design - First draft was completed within a month, this was discussed during a meeting set up by Starr and her team.
• Editing - That began as soon as we had the meeting and was completed a few days after when the final pages were being designed.
• Second Draft Meeting - This took us to the end of the design part and we were over the moon at the results.
• Testing and Launch - From what we gather, this part was to make it look great on a mobile and put the final touches on the new website.
• SEO- The team at tori put their SEO skills to work for our new website, using their years of knowledge to get us in a position we are happy with.
• Maintenance & Support - We are still an ongoing customer of tori digitals and get support from them every month, their responses are quick and they get straight to any problems we have.

Overall, we had a great experience working with Tori and the team. They were always responsive and accommodating to our requests. The end result was a beautiful, modern website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've found a higher percentage of customers being able to find us, especially in the local areas, as the SEO carried out on the new website did target our surrounding areas. We have also been able to direct new customers to the website which has made it easier for us to convert leads into sales with the simple process of buying online.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective, Tori made us feel like we were their only clients and we know full well that was not the case, through out the whole process we were kept up to date, with prompt and concise messages and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the most impressive quality of this company is the way they made us feel during the whole thing, for example we had no idea what we wanted our website to look like, we didn't even have our branding up to scratch and they went above and beyond to help us solidify our branding so that everything would tie in nicely. They took time out to explain the process and were very honest about prices and what would suit our budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We found out during the first meeting that we may of needed some custom built parts within the website and they were unable to fulfil this, luckily they knew companies that could undergo this type of work so this gave us the opportunity to explore these feature at a later date is we wanted to expand the website n the future.
