Reports show that we've grown over the years in website activity, email subscribers, social media followers. We also had a couple years of e-commerce sales during COVID that helped.

Once the inital plan was made, we had regular meetings to keep things organized. Some mistakes were made, but then they were added to the seasonal process for next time or we decided to make new calendars or spreadsheets to help.
