Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Underline was initially only tasked with redesigning our clinic website. Following a successful strategy session, they designed something that we were really proud to show off. Once we saw the success with this exercise we trusted them with our digital marketing effort and needless to say, the team did not disappoint. Within a few months, our website was getting over 25k organic visitors and was turning around approximately 400+ conversions a month.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once the new website was launched, we immediately saw an improvement in our conversion rate. We started improving on SERPs gradually and we attracting the right audience. Our previous website was averaging about 400 visitors a month and these guys turned it around in a few months and increasing the organic traffic to 25k+

They were always on hand. Communication was centralised and everything was kept transparent. They were available to answer any issues/queries very promptly and now they act as our QA guys for every little thing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were on hand every time we needed them. If they thought some of our ideas might not work, they would advise against spending the budget and if needed to reinvest in different areas. Before these guys came along, our previous agency was just doing things because we asked them to but these guys really do seem to care where and how we spend our budget to ensure we get returns from the spends. Their advise has always been appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Underline Agency could have done differently?

We like the way these guys work. However, one thing they can improve on is onboarding at the beginning.
