We meet. in person and had a frank discussion of what we wanted and what they could provide. I like that they did not overpromise and gave a clear project map of what and how we could achieve our goals.

Sherbert Donkey true to their word have taken us from the depths of Google to front page inside 5 months and made our web site faster and slicker. Blog wise we have gone from zero readers to thousands every month building a following that we could not have got on our own.

Communication is always the big thing that has let other companies we have dealt with down, Not so these guys, we get regular reports, blogs and email from the team. Even better I can pick up the phone or drive by the office for a coffee and catch up over the progress.

I love that they've taken the time to know our company so that the content they produce fits our brand style.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far I've got no complaints or issues, All I want is more more more please.

We have worked with a number of people at Sherbet Donkey with differing positions and in differing technical areas, from Logo design, to artwork, graphic design, seo work, all sections including meetings with the directors and MD. all having a very personable nature and very professional. Making you know you are not just a n other, but are important to them.

Website content is about 60% up and running, mainly because they are waiting for content/information from us.

Their management style is on a friendly but professional level. There timelines are to achieve results for the client as quick as possible, the only thing that slows them, is having to wait for information from the client, us. Communication are via telephone, email, personal meetings, I think any communication that the client prefers at the specific time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are incredibly honest, professional, and personable. If they see a problem, they create a solution, whether it be in design, description, or any area. All done on a personable friendly professional basis.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not to my knowledge, they are very professional and knowledgeable in the areas that they deal with. I just wish they had found our detail earlier contact us about their services.

We have had more genuine enquiries to the website rather than spam from the old one.At the momentbusiness seems a lotbuiser since the website and SEO launch

Delivery was always spot on and they needed anything from us i.e images/text etc we were given plenty of time to get this ready. Everything they researched to add into the website was superb and they understood our business very well

I cant pick out one thing as everything from the initial meeting to meetings/conversations etc. every team member was straightforward and easy to work with; it generally was impressive how smooth the process was.

We needed a new website made from scratch and needed it to perform above our competition when searched for online

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We handpicked Sherbet Donkey from a shortlist of 5 companies across the country, as we felt they fulfilled all our needs better than their competitors, whilst being more approachable and easier to work with.

We had various meetings with them at their offices, which were quite nice might I add, and seemingly full of busy staff doing clever computer work that I didn’t quite understand. Over quite a short space of time they began to present us with different designs and variations of the new site

and I liked having the ability to just throw an idea out there and a smart person would emerge from somewhere and just make it work. I don’t thing we were the easiest customers to deal with as we wanted quite a lot in a short space of time, but they pulled it off.

It’s hard to how many people we worked with in the office as they’re all buzzing around contributing. Key members could be Meg the project manager Andy the developer Joe the SEO guy Lucy wrote the content for the site

After we launched the site we we straight to the first page of Google and began to climb. We’re now at the top when searching for the kind of work we do. We also get comments from customers who chose us over our competitor based on the website and the impression it made.

They were very proactive when working with us, and seemed to understand our timeline and deadlines very well. This meant that other than 3-4 meetings and weekly phone call we were happ to just leave them to it

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a great attitude, and you could just tell they all loved their work. I don’t think I saw anyone who looked bored at work and this was refreshing. They were also very attentive but not overly so where it may be come annoying. That’s all a bonus as they also just did a great job

They need a bigger car park, it’s actually quite large but they also have lots of staff so it’s all used

I am the director of Image4Security and we design and manufacture security products aimed at reducing motorbike theft.

We are a new business, started during the first lockdown of the pandemic, with little web and SEO experience. We decided that Sherbet Donkey were the perfect match. Young energetic, knowledgeable team with large expansion plans. Similar to our own. They have created us a new website, focused a lot of effort into SEO work and increased our exposure and ultimately our sales.

We met face to face a number of times before commiting, speaking with various members of the team in the process. The personal feel from the team was outstanding and they are all experts in their own field.

Scope at this moment, haven worked together now for 6 months has been to revamp the website, increase organic web traffic through SEO work. We have many plans into the future including PPC advertising, google ads and more.

Sherbet Donkey operate an open office style work environment where if you need something you can easily approach that person for advice etc. All team members are young, energetic and extremely knowledgeable. They also are very passionate and driven to achieve results for you which is exactly what we wanted from the off.

Still fairly days now being in month 6 but already can see the results of their SEO work. Expectations have been managed well from the off, so from my side am happy with the progress we are seeing.

Their leadership skills are strong and they are not afraid of making decisions when needed, direct and upfront in there ideas and communication. As someone who hasn't had the experience in SEO it was a leap of faith but now in hindsight I am very happy that we made it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would like to see Sherbet offer more facilities in the future, possibly a and videography photography resource - having said this i am sure they will continue to grow and this will be on their things to do list.
