I’m the Director and Supervisor of Business Management at Western Nevada Management, Inc., a property and association management firm.

We needed to update our website for cross-platform functionality.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Stack Mode Marketing Group has redesigned and updated our website to a cross-platform site for Android and iOS. We initially provided an outline of what we were looking for. They came back with a design, which we worked back and forth. The layout was designed to allow people to inquire about potential new services, like property management, real estate sales, and HOA management.

Also, they put in a function where people could pay their assessments and rent online. The site also has an area to archive some of our documents for our associations, and we have online maintenance requests as well. Currently, they host our site and do monthly updates.

We only correspond with Chris (CEO).

How did you come to work with Stack Mode Marketing Group?

I found them through a Google search. They provided me with some overview. I went out to bid, and they provided a proposal. We chose them based on the detail provided in the contract. Also, they were local.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve done an excellent job of integrating the cross-platform. We’re very pleased with the service we’ve received. Moreover, we’ve had an increase of people asking about our site — our business has increased substantially.

How did Stack Mode Marketing Group perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication is phenomenal, and the budget is right on target. We’ve delayed them, but they’re on top of everything as soon as we answer their questions. Overall, their follow-up is great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a background in marketing and are professionals. Stack Mode Marketing Group seems to be pretty knowledgeable in basic and complex websites. They’ve offered us a few services to integrate into our site, but we’ve decided just to go basic. Nonetheless, their design and functionality are the best.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Each time we’ve had corrective issues, they’ve handled them within seven business days.
