Web Dev, Design & Rebranding for Marketing Firm
“They’ve executed what we asked and done a good job of it.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a business development manager for Accelerated Digital Media, a marketing firm. We focus on growth marketing for e-commerce and digital health companies.
What challenge were you trying to address with WePropagate?
We hired them to do web development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
WePropagate has designed and developed our website using WordPress. First, we had a kickoff call where they took us through a series of questions to get an understanding of our brand, company, and what we do. From there, they started building the framework for the website.
We wanted a new look and feel, so they helped us with a brand refresh through an external partner of theirs to inform the website's design. For the brand refresh, WePropagate helped with logo creation, custom colors, custom icon design, and font selection. They sent us designs through Adobe software, and we gave them feedback.
After that, WePropagate built our website and got it up and running. They've built over 30 pages with information about our services, work, case studies, and blog. The team has also created a career page where people can apply for jobs at our company directly through the site. Currently, they offer maintenance, make changes as needed, and add pages when we ask.
What is the team composition?
We talk to three teammates from WePropagate regularly: Alberto (CEO), Milena (Account Manager & Copywriter), and Dani (Art Director).
How did you come to work with WePropagate?
We found them on Clutch. When looking for website development agencies, WePropagate was at the top of the list on the Clutch website. We had a series of initial conversations where they showed us examples of work and talked us through what they would do.
How much have you invested with them?
The price of the website build was $25,000, and the brand refresh was $10,000. They bill us hourly for maintenance.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2021 and launched the site in July 2022. Our relationship is ongoing because they've been building extra pages, doing slight maintenance, and applying the changes we want.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since the new website launched, we’ve seen engagement increase. We don’t have concrete metrics because we weren’t keeping analytics on our previous site and didn’t do marketing until a couple of months ago.
WePropagate has accomplished our requests well; the site communicates what we do clearly and features our key members prominently. When we explain something, they put it on the page how we envisioned it without us having to give them much feedback. Overall, they’ve executed what we asked and done a good job of it.
How did WePropagate perform from a project management standpoint?
They stay within the budget and are good at meeting deadlines. Although we were a bit delayed on the initial timeline for the website, there were various factors at play. For example, originally, we weren’t going to do the brand refresh. Moreover, some approvals on our side took longer than expected, and we had turnover within our team, with three different people heading up the project throughout the initial engagement. Therefore, we’re happy with the timeline, even if it was delayed.
They’re a small team, so they don’t have the quickest turnaround time. However, they’re very communicative about how long a request will take and always adhere to that. Overall, they’re really flexible and good with communication.
Initially, we had weekly calls with a check-in schedule as different aspects of the development process wrapped up. Currently, we mostly use email and organize calls ad hoc; they’re happy to get on a call whenever we need. For example, they’ve hopped on calls with our marketing agency to ensure everything is implemented on the website correctly. We use monday.com for project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Going back to our initial conversations and the scope of work they presented, WePropagate is affordable, thorough, and upfront in their discovery call. At the start, they asked us plenty of great questions to ensure they understood our brand. We’re a young and scrappy company that asks for changes constantly, and WePropagate always applies those changes with no problem.
We also appreciate working directly with the CEO, who ensures everything is executed correctly. The team is also flexible; they helped us with a brand refresh, even if that’s not their core offering. Moreover, they’re amicable to our requests and charge us hourly even though the primary engagement has finished. As a result, we have an ongoing relationship rather than a project-based one.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their turnaround time isn’t always the quickest because they have a small team, and the CEO does much of the execution. Otherwise, I’m happy with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Stay communicative because WePropagate will. If you give them all your ideas and put effort into the discovery to ensure they understand what you’re looking for, they’ll do a good job. You have to put in a little work upfront, and then you’ll get the desired result and be really happy.

Branding & Web Development for Pharmaceutical Publication
"The team is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the final product fulfills our expectations."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re a web-based publication for the pharmaceutical industry.
What challenge were you trying to address with WePropagate?
We were doing a company rebrand and site redesign.
What was the scope of their involvement?
WePropagate has helped us with our brand vision. They’ve updated our brand guidelines, including the color, theme, templates, and other assets. Also, they’re now working on web development and design. We’ve asked for custom navigation, themed blocks, and landing pages as the site’s features. They use Adobe XD, Canva, and InDesign as design tools and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for development.
We initially had team brainstorming sessions. Then, they shared their proposals, which we reviewed periodically until we reached something that we were happy with. For the design, we had our brand voice and tone guidelines as input on what the brand should look like.
Additionally, they provide digital marketing services and social media support for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our general social media accounts.
What is the team composition?
They have a project manager, a web designer, a web developer, and a lead developer on the team. Milena (Account Manager & Copywriter) is our main point of contact.
How did you come to work with WePropagate?
We found them on Clutch and thought they had the best proposal in our initial brainstorming phase.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve had a lot of positive engagements since the site was released in December. Also, we liked the color, theme, and templates they put together — they looked great.
How did WePropagate perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re organized, and the team uses tools like Monday and Slack. We communicate over emails, Google Meets, and their tools.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very creative, and the team is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the final product fulfills our expectations.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should improve their communication about staffing and have proposed timelines.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Set up weekly check-ins and milestones to ensure they have everything they need from you to make progress and ensure there aren’t unexpected delays.

Flyer Design Services for Mental Health Organization
“WePropagate does their homework and looks thoroughly at the information we provide.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior director of business development for a nonprofit that has substance abuse and mental health programs for youth and families.
What challenge were you trying to address with WePropagate?
We hired WePropagate to create flyer designs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
WePropagate consolidated our documents that weren’t transformed into designs yet. They laid out these documents in a way that would be easily read and understood by people, and we used the designs to market our program. The team also collected and analyzed the data and forms we had, and then they designed flyers that helped us market to specific audiences. Throughout the process, they used our branding guidelines.
At present, their team is handling design work for other programs in our organization.
What is the team composition?
We work with two people from WePropagate.
How did you come to work with WePropagate?
WePropagate was recommended to us.
How much have you invested with them?
Our company has spent around $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started this project in August 2021, and the project is ongoing. They’ve also done another project for our program about two years ago.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We don't have any concrete quantifiable success metrics, but WePropagate has helped our group save time. Their designs have been well-received; they look professional and aesthetically pleasing. More importantly, the information we want to convey is delivered clearly through the designs.
How did WePropagate perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is great, and they exceeded expectations. In fact, the WePropagate team has kept this project moving even though we’ve had a lot of things going on internally. Some things fall off our radar, but their team brings those things up to keep us moving forward. To communicate, we use Google platforms.
We also use Canva, where we put all of our branding information. What’s interesting is that they’ve never used Canva before, but they’ve managed to learn to use it to provide their services to us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
WePropagate doesn’t inundate us with a bunch of questions that make us feel we should have done things by ourselves. That’s something we’ve experienced with other designers. With those designers, we go back and forth so much that they ask us a bazillion questions. By contrast, WePropagate does their homework and looks thoroughly at the information we provide. As a result, we don’t waste time having to train them on how to put our information together.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. Their price is a little high, but it’s justified by the time savings that we gain.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared to give as much information as you can. When you outline what you’re looking for at the beginning of the engagement, WePropagate will run with it. Overall, organizing your information for them is well worth the time investment. That way, you can be confident that they won’t inundate you with questions.

Web Dev, Branding, & Digital Marketing for Restaurant
"Their communication is excellent."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a restaurant owner located in Miami, Florida.
What challenge were you trying to address with WePropagate?
They’re the agency that takes care of everything when it comes to design, marketing strategy, and social media management. They handle anything that pertains to the image of my company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They first executed the branding components. They came up with our logo and color scheme, before applying these to our menu, which they update two or three times a year. They’ve designed my website and provide monthly maintenance on it. That includes developing pop-ups and ensuring that the plugins are working smoothly. They’ve even produced business cards and other collateral.
They spearhead social media campaigns and ensure that all imagery is consistent across different channels. We’re on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and while we don’t regularly do paid ads, they’ll occasionally create them for our infrequent promotions.
What is the team composition?
I regularly deal with Dani (Co-Founder & Visual Designer) and Milena (Account Manager & Copywriter).
How did you come to work with WePropagate?
We got along well, and although we have different personalities, they understood my needs and challenges. They had a vision for where my company wants to go.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $70,000 – $80,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around February 2015, and it’s an ongoing relationship.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their work truly distinguishes my restaurant from all the other Spanish (or Venezuelan) restaurants in Miami. All of my assets are amazingly customized, from our personal water bottles to promotional items like pop sockets. The creative branding that they’ve done for us really sets us apart.
How did WePropagate perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is excellent. If I text them, they’ll typically get back to me right away or on the same day.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’d highlight their attention to detail. They’re sensitive to what our customers are going to look for.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. I look forward to continuing to see them grow.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure to be communicative, even in broad strokes, at the very beginning. It won’t take long before they’ll understand what you’re really looking for. They’ll bring a lot of options to the table.
