The engagement with Strawberry Brand Studio was comprehensive, tasked with shifting Resia's messaging from a resident-focus to a corporate audience. Through stakeholder interviews, Strawberry reframed Resia's mission and positioning, creating a website that integrates design, copy, UI/UX, and crucial integrations with property management systems as well as implementing analytics and essential SEO signals. 

Following the website's launch, we secured a 12-month retainer with Strawberry Brand Studio. This partnership ensures our digital presence remains dynamic and forward-thinking, with Strawberry as our creative ally in continuously refining our online strategy.

Strawberry was there from the beginning till the end. They started with strategy, interviewing me and my team as well as clients and other stakeholders. After a couple of weeks of internal brain-storming they then presented the concept of our new brand. They then delved into the design phase which was wonderful to see come to life. They presented a few routes based on the strategic concept and after careful consideration we made our decision.

This was followed up by all the key communication collaterals they worked on: website, social media, brochures, magazine ad, and video production.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new brand and all the new materials helped us a lot paving the way forward. My old clients were very happy with the brand transformation, lots of new client referrals came through already. The business is really booming into the right direction and according to the new positioning of the brand.

The Strawberry team was always very on point. Regular workflow meetings and open communication. Some delays on my part due to unforeseen events but Strawberry always managed to deliver on a timely basis.

A deep knowledge of branding and the market both local and foreign. Sylvia brought a lot of insights from her vast experience having lived in all four corners of the world. The approach from start by interviewing previous clients to understand the essence and objectives of the new brand were straight to the point and demonstrated an incredible skill of professionalism.

Not really. I was very positively surprised with their commitment, delivering work on time and hard work and initiative.

A group of 4 ex-investment bankers has come together to creat a new boutique asset management company in Lisbon with a new investment philosophy: to AIM higher, for our people, for our planet.

We searched online and asked around. We talked with a few agencies and analyzed a few proposals. In the end we chose Strawberry as we felt it had all the aspects we needed - dedicated team, beautiful design, and a global perspective.

Our branding program included brand strategy, visual identity and logo creation, creating our brand concept, and finally designing our website, stationary and a business presentation. Strawberry started with stakeholder interviews and a workshop, they then submitted a couple of visual identity routes for us to choose a path to arrive at the final logo and visual identity. At the same time the startegist was creating the brand concept. They then created a landing page while we were waiting for the regulator to issue all the required licenses for the launch of the business.

Sylvia was always very dedicated and on top of all issues which is great as we can sometimes get distracted. Communication with the whole team was ongoing with prompt feedback. The project only lasted more than expected due to licensing requirements for our business

They were a great team with a global perspective of branding and beautiful design. Since they work with different industries they brng a fresh perspective to any specific market.

Once we selected Strawberry they immediately scheudled interviews with myself and other stakeholders in the business (my partners, architects, associates, etc.) Then they presented their strategy for approval.

Then they presented 3 visual identity approaches, including mock-ups. Once the VI was approved they went on to produce the website, corporate presentation, stationary. Finally they created our social media which they still manage via a retainer.

Yes, just 2 weeks ago we sold an apartment to a lady who found us via Instagram. She mentioned to us she has been seen some ads on Instagram, went on our website and got in touch.

They have interviewed the TAAS team, performed a full day workshop, and from there developed the strategy upon which all the collaterals were created. They’ve come up with a name, a new logo, a website that will go live as soon as our domain is ready, produced a corporate presentation, and all the designs for our vehicles, uniforms, etc.

The business has just launched. We are very happy with work Strawberry created for us. We believe we will be one of the top 3 textile and wash service providers in Portugal by next year.

The project was done in person and online meetings. The Strawberry team was always very diligent with timelines and deliveries. Always very attentive to our comments and requesting timely feedback in order not to miss deadlines. We’ve used phone, emails, WhatsApp, and Zoom to communicate throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The passion that Sylvia and the team showed from the beginning and throughout the entire project was inspiring. Always very professional and keeping both teams (agency and client) focused on the success of the project.

I believe I got more than I asked for when I set out to start this project. Can’t say there was anything missing or that I would have done differently.
