97 Switch's project management is fantastic. One thing I love about them is that Jeremy keeps me updated every week on how many hours they've used in the retainer and how many are left. I work with a lot of agencies, and I don't get that from anybody else. It's so helpful. Jeremy is always on top of where we are in the contract. He always works with us on how we can make everything work. We have a campaign manager on our end who is extremely talented. 97 Switch is willing to jump in and use our tools and the way we need to work. The team is so fast at turnaround. If we tell them we need something quickly, they get it to us before we hit send on the request. 97 Switch is very flexible and responsive to any changes we have.

The team did deliver on time - If delays were ever expected the team would communicate the reason for this. Often delays were due to the team's commitment to excellence and high-quality work. When adjustments were required due to a lack of satisfaction on design the team would take responsibility without question and go above and beyond often without me even suggesting it. Designs would be presented that we were content with and then they would find flaws in their own work and make it better without us saying anything.
