Initially, we had Zoom meetings with Dotlogics' team to brainstorm ideas and gather information. The team has presented us with options via email, and we have discussions over the phone as per my preference. We've had several Zoom calls, during which Dotlogics performed changes so that I could see them in the moment. Dotlogics tends to my communication preferences. Dotlogics sent options while I was in court. I replied 4–5 days later, and the team sent a follow-up email. Dotlogics wasn't pushing me, but they followed up when they didn't hear back from me, which is important.
