Flamingo agency was tasked with completely building and designing a website for my business from the ground up and providing SEO to improve our digital foot print and increase traffic, which has increased our service requests to almost 10 times the amount we had prior. Flamingo agency succesfully described our services and company on the website to give prospective clients a very clear understanding of our services and who we are as a company, they also succesfully incorporated all our desired photos, logos and certifications seamlessly into the design to accentuate our service descriptions and company image in our desired vision. Flamingo helped us optimize and set up our public google profile as well which was barebones prior.

We received a functional and visually appealing website that perfectly incorporated all elements and resulted in an outcome that exceeded our expectations based on other websites we have seen from competitors in our industry.

After the SEO service our client leads and quote requests for service immediately shot up to nearly 10 times the average weekly amount from roughly 10 a week to over 90.

We worked with Chris as our direct point of contact on this project. His turn around time for the base design that we gave references but minimal initial input came out to about 90% of exactly what we wanted. After the initial design we gave Chris many small and detailed changes and every change we asked for was done within a day. His service was outstanding, he was always quick and easy to work with and had no problems changing things back and forth for us as we changed our minds, he was also able to easily infer what we were looking for on requests that were fairly vague or non-specific from us and deliver what we had envisioned but were unable to put into words. The SEO and website design/building was seamless and painless for us, he was able to make everything exactly how we wanted with just a few emails from us and he always promptly responded so there was no distraction for us on our other tasks.

The service and turn-around time was exceptional, the price was an amazing value for the services and outcomes provided and the final design of our website was better than we could have envisioned on our own without their expertise.

I can't think of any way that Flamingo Agency could've offered a better result or service it was outstanding and I highly recommend them. I would not want to work with anyone else in the future in this area.

I launched my new company in September 2022. In my business plan, I determined that I would need a professional website in place by the end of 2022, but I lacked the skills to develop one. Consequently, I hired Flamingo Agency to create an attractive, professional website that would introduce my new company to the supermarket industry and effectively highlight my unique business-building service offering for grocery retailers, and the Flamingo Agency exceeded my expectations!

I conducted an online search for local website developers in the Chicagoland area that focused on helping new start-ups and/or niche consulting businesses and the Flamingo Agency was one of the firms that caught my attention. I was particularly impressed with the online examples of high quality, creative and professional client websites that the Flamingo Agency had developed.

I contacted Chris at the Flamingo Agency he asked several thoughtful questions to be sure he fully understood my needs. He then sent me a proposal and I was particularly impressed with the Flamingo Agency's comprehensive and interactive process for working with me to ensure that they were supporting my objectives every step of the way. This professional process, combined with examples of their previous work, and rapid development timeline made them the ideal choice for my needs.

They walked me through the entire process step-by-step so that it was not overwhelming for me. Flamingo Agency built my website using WordPress with Elementor. They also created a mobile responsive design and SEO. They began by providing four separate homepage designs, each with multiple options for each key section within the homepage. This allowed me to pick and choose my favorite overall design as well as favorite designs for "sections" and additional pages.

I provided content for the website in piecemeal fashion over the course of a couple of weeks which they incorporated immediately upon receiving it. We ended up with four pages and multiple "sections" within each page. They also allowed me to pick my preferred color palette and provided me with a wide array of options for stock pictures which were outstanding additions to the site. Flamingo Agency provided unlimited revisions as we worked together to get the site just the way I wanted it. They were extremely patient with me and unfailingly accommodating.

I worked directly with Chris Granat, the founder of the firm. He served as the web designer and SEO expert.

The site has just launched so I do not have any statistics to share. However, the site has exceeded my expectations and is presenting my new firm in the best, most positive light.

Chris communicated with me continually throughout the process...on a daily basis. The only delays were caused by me. As soon as I provided material or made decisions, Chris incorporated them right away. I couldn't be happier with the communication and timing of the service that I received.

Flamingo Agency provided me with a professional website that is allowing me to "play bigger than I am". I've been in consulting for over 30 years, and the service I received was A+. I can only hope to provide similar service to my clients. I always felt that I was their most important client and they exceeded my expectations with their service, support and deliverables. I'm not savvy in website design and they made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I highly recommend them for any company looking to build a website.

After that, they came up with the final version of the site, which is the initial landing page and point of contact for any patron, newcomer, or educator. In terms of features, the site has a video of the orchestra performing, a fully integrated calendar, and a ticketing software system.
