We started using Contently because of its amazing track record and use by major companies. The metrics provided are very clear and provide us with clarity into our content's leads. The quality of the content is outstanding. We use Contently to generate our content and monitor the metrics. Our use of Contently has greatly benefited our organization by upgrading the quality of our content, having content available for a variety of sources, and being able to get great insight into our lead metrics.

Pros:

Experience:

I write content for them to use to draw new customer for me and keep our existing customers. They wordsmith my information and post it. We mostly use the e-learning module. It is content driven and self-paced. Our net promoter score has jumped about 17 points so far and using the analytic tools we can see what additional training is needed to move up further.

Pros:

It is a one-stop shop tool. It offers great analytics.

Cons:

It can be expensive, and all your eggs are in one basket. If the tool is down, you can’t access your previous work or resources.
