We have a weekly meeting with Sube Agencia Digital. They are professional and we have great communication with the account manager. We use a Scrum approach to manage the project.

Everyone is agile; whenever there’s a delay, they let us know immediately. The project is a collaborative effort because we also have an internal marketing team. However, their work is also an important part of the engagement.

We’ve had good results. It’s still a work in progress and has a long way to go to fully meet our expectations but that’s mostly regarding internal processes. There’s still some resistance to going digital, although I would still have expected to start seeing better results by now.
