Black Propeller was hired by a stickers and banners company to provide PPC services. The team was tasked to work on ad campaigns, optimizing Google Ads to increase the client's ROAS.
Black Propeller failed meet the client's expectations; the client saw only a marginal increase in ROAS even though they spent $10,000. The team's estimations were inaccurate, and they never delivered what they promised, Overall, their communication was terrible, and they weren't transparent.

Spoke with Annie Yeager from BlackPropeller multiple times to do my due diligence. After doing an audit on my website and my ad campaigns, I asked Annie how BlackPropeller would manage and optimize my Google Ad campaigns and was told to realtistically expect a ROAS (return on ad spend) from my then 1.4 to 3 and my ad spend from $4500 to $10,000 in three months.
After three months, my ROAS was 1.6 and my ad spend was $5700.They did another forecasting of my site and now they're saying in the next three months that I should expect a ROAS of 2.08 at ad spend of $3k. I would never have signed up and paid $10,000 with Black Propeller if this was originally told to me.

Increase of return on ad spend from 1.4 to 3. Increase of ad spend from $4500 to $10000.

They did not deliver on time or at all. I only saw a marginal increase in ROAS from 1.4 to 1.6 and an insignificant ad spend increase of about $1000. Their response was to give me a new forecast for the next 3 months that showed numbers about half of what they originally promised me.

Phone number does not work, it is very difficult to talk to someone higher up.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Black Propeller could have done differently?
They should have been very honest with me from the start. If their 6 month projection was what was told to me in the first place, I would never have signed up for them. I asked Annie, the "Director of growth", what I could realistically expect from the next three months of working with Black Propeller and she gave me numbers that seemed too good to be true. Turns out, they were too good to be true.
