• This website was key in making the business so desirable.
• More recently they helped the new owners (a listed business where I sit on the board) to create a new look website after the new owners had got into a mess with their existing providers who were unsuccessful in integrating into the group marketing strategy.
• M3 were outstanding in unraveling the mistakes and very quickly turning around a new strategy and website. 
• By acting so quickly and expertly they were able to prevent the loss of brand equity which was slipping away.

It is very welcoming and feels like an extension of our company, you can teach people all the skills in the world but the M3 agency has a truly outstanding team of great people who are a pleasure to work with. I chose to outsource in an area of my weakness, and they always explain anything I have questions about which is really lovely.

I would say to empower some of the team to be more forthcoming and confident with telling us what is best to do even if it veers from what we originally planned. I am a direct person who appreciates a direct approach (which isn't everyone's style). We want M3 to lead us to success in the best way of getting there, not always what we think is the best way of doing things, challenge us <3

We might work with them on PPC in the future because they’ve done an excellent job on SMM. M3 Agency sends us monthly reports that go through the metrics. We mainly look at followers, and we’ve seen an increase.

Project management and communication are excellent. They deliver before deadlines, so we haven’t had any issues. Anything that crops us is explained, and we work through it together. We communicate via emails and face-to-face meetings.

They’re really personable and easy to get a hold of. Moreover, they create great content that fits well with our brand.

Our collaboration started with a discovery call, which was followed up by a keyword research and tech audit that showed us areas for improvement on the site. M3 then worked alongside me to implement SEO optimisations of website copy, tracking improvements in site rankings and monthly reporting of site activity. Their content department also started writing monthly blog posts that appear in Google searches.

Our account has been followed closely by one SEO specialist that later was promoted to account manager. She has become very familiar with our longer term marketing and business strategies and continues to offer support from an SEO perspective in realising our plans.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our SERP rankings have improved considerably over the last 18 months, so that we now rank among the top 3 search results for key search terms. The quality of site traffic coming to the site has improved, bounce rate has come under control, and session duration and pages per session have improved by 10-14% YoY.

We mostly use email to communicate, outside of monthly Teams calls where monthly reports are delivered, actions are reviewed and new actions set for the month ahead. They are very good at responding in a reasonable time to queries or requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The specialist knowledge that they can offer is great. They are an extension of our in-house marketing team and have become an integrated part of our marketing function.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have much to add here - M3 has been a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and have helped us to achieve great results. The only thing I would include is just to be more religious in following up on previous month's actions, making sure that absolutely everything is ticked off, or at least an explanation given as to why something wasn't done (maybe it wasn't the best course of action after all, and here is why...) just so there is a measurable way of showing progress outside of google analytics and search console etc.
