I am the marketing manager at Resort Collection, a vacation rental and property management company in Panama City Beach, Florida.

We were looking to improve our SEO and digital marketing needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Volume Nine provides all manner of digital marketing for us. They manage our social media accounts, namely Facebook and some Instagram. Their team is responsible for creating content for these accounts.

The Volume Nine team is also in charge of our organic content, ad management, and SEO. They keep track of our conversion and look out for anything that could be hurting our SEO value on the site. Additionally, they provide us with helpful tips for updates we could make to our meta descriptions or H1 and H2 tags.

What is the team composition?

We work with six members of the Volume Nine team and our main point of contact is Miranda ( Team Lead & Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, Volume Nine)

How did you come to work with Volume Nine?

They’re team actually reached out to us with a cold call to our marketing director. She scheduled a meeting with them and liked their presentation so much that we decided to sign on with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We invest about $6,000 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with Volume Nine began in February 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our conversions have continues to increase since we first started using Volume Nine. Additionally, our social media presence has grown by the thousands and our website traffic is exponentially higher. 

We would definitely recommend that anyone looking to create a cohesive digital marketing and social media presence look to Volume Nine. They have fostered excellent relationships between our team and theirs. We’ve never felt more in tune or connected with another agency we’ve hired. I’m very happy with them.

Our teams primarily communicate through email. They’ve been excellent and very responsive. Their team really know what they’re doing regarding our account.

My main point of contact was Ben (Director, Volume Nine), but there were several other professionals on his team, like a digital analytics lead, helping him complete tasks.

How did you come to work with Volume Nine?

We initially were referred to them in 2012 when we were searching for SEO assistance. Immediately, we got along well. They were very friendly and within our budget, so we hired them.

We spend about $3,500 every month with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since engaging with them, our blog views and interactions have increased every month. Same goes for social media engagement. In fact, they helped the blog become the major driving force of our website. We’re always satisfied with their content—it’s very unique to us.

Additionally, we are now listed on the first page of Google results for some of our designated SEO key phrases. Our standing there improves as we continue to work with them.

Overall, they’re really reliable and friendly. There was a continual stream of expectations and feedback between us. We reviewed all of their work monthly, and they were always on track.

 They are true professionals in their field, and I never had to worry about them. When working together, it feels like they’re an extension of our team. They’re friendly, offer great customer service, and personalize their work to us.

Their prices are a little high, but it’s reasonable considering the quality of their services. I have no real complaints.
