We asked the company to design two landing pages end to end. Both pages were fairly complex, with multiple different sections and layouts, so the work required careful attention to detail and consistency. In addition to design, we needed the pages implemented in HubSpot and structured in a way that makes them easy for our internal teams to update and use on a daily basis.

We were commissioned by one of our clients to create a real estate investment calculator for their landing page. As the basis for this project, the client provided us with a very complex Excel spreadsheet that contained numerous interconnected formulas and extensive calculation logic. The spreadsheet was so sophisticated that even our own team struggled to fully understand how the calculations worked. Because of that, we decided to reach out to the company for support.
They took the time to carefully analyze the Excel file and then provided us with a detailed estimation of the expected effort and costs. Based on their input, we created a design concept that showed how we envisioned the calculator’s structure and appearance on the landing page. Once we sent them our design, they took over the technical implementation — and what followed truly impressed us.
Within a remarkably short period of time, and with very little input or back-and-forth from our side, they managed to develop a fully functional and visually consistent calculator. The tool not only reflected the design we had provided but also successfully translated the complex mathematical logic of the Excel file into a smooth, web-based user experience. The result was exactly what we had hoped for: a professional, reliable, and elegant solution that met both our and the client’s expectations.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything — especially considering that we were not the easiest client, given the number of changes requested. The only small area for improvement we can think of relates to cost transparency. We always received an initial cost estimation, which was very fair, but in several cases, the final price changed quite significantly as the project evolved — sometimes even doubling.
While this was completely understandable and justified due to the added work, it did put us in a challenging position when communicating updates to our client. A clearer upfront note that the estimate could change substantially would have helped manage expectations internally. That said, the team was always accommodating and tried hard to stay within our budget whenever possible — so this really is feedback on a very high level of satisfaction.

While the recipient pool is smaller at this stage, these early results demonstrate stronger engagement, healthier list quality, and greater conversion potential.

Mavlers have been instrumental in supporting our SEO efforts on a monthly basis, helping us improve our Google search rankings through strategic optimisations and ongoing technical support. In addition to SEO, we also needed assistance with enhancing and developing our WordPress website, particularly to better showcase our digital transformation consultancy services. Mavlers stepped in to support both the design and build, ensuring the site was both visually appealing and user-friendly.
Furthermore, I required help implementing specific rules and logic into our HubSpot workflows to better align with our customer journey. Mavlers provided valuable support in customising these workflows to suit our business needs.

There have been a few edm build tasks and a paid display banner build that Uplers have performed. we required a few edm builds for one particular client who needed HTML files for SalesForce Cloudservices. We also required animated paid display ad banners across multiple sizes for the same client.

Karan and his team always delivered on time and most of the time delivered earlier than anticipated. They always responded kindly to our very last minute requests and always adapted to some of the challenges we presented them (i.e didn't provide a mobile design). We've had no problems with their builds, and really happy with the QA testing and Email on Acid reports that are provided.

The team has implemented an excellent system that truly puts my mind at ease. With Karan by my side I feel nothing is impossible.

I think the only area of improvement would be to have only one point of contact for the client to whom you can make all requests. I got used to having one team wotking on the email template part and one on the landing page template but having to split feedbacks in 2 differents threads is a bit time consuming if you are on the customer side. I would suggest having a weekly alignment chat with both teams but having only one thread for everyone and then the project manager can deal with what is not clear. But overall I was satisfied with the support provided by the team during the whole project.

In 2023 we had to fill in some key email marketing operations positions quickly, and we reached out to Mavlers to fill in two positions; Email Marketing Manager and a QA Specialist. We had a short-term agreement with them, and it was very successful. As we moved through 2024 we decided to migrate to a new ESP's, and we re-engaged Mavlers and expanded their team to include dev resources as well. We successfully migrated and Mavlers has been an extension of our internal ops team for over a year.
