I’m the principal of FEA Home, a retail company that sources and sells fine antique and vintage furniture, art, and accessories from the Far East. We serve interior designers, architects, and retailers from our Yonkers, New York, showroom.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mavlers?

We needed help with our email marketing to increase the number of people converting on our website's pop-up forms and increase our email marketing revenue.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mavlers provides email marketing services for our home furnishings company. The team uses Klaviyo and Shopify to organize our profiles and set up foundational email flows. In addition to campaigns, Mavlers has created a structured email system for our funnel, which includes a pop-up form, a welcome flow, a browse abandonment flow, an abandoned cart flow, and a series of campaigns for Black Friday and other holidays. The team is also responsible for Klaviyo configuration, profile maintenance, pop-up forms, email flows and campaigns, creatives, and copywriting.

Since partnering with Mavlers, we've seen an increase in our ecommerce revenue attributed to email marketing. We've also seen more clicks, opens, and deliverability.

Mavlers delivers on time and is easy to work with. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Mavlers has a good team, from the project managers to the designer and copywriter. The team has good ideas and is willing to try new things while being amenable to my ideas.

Some of the copy and creatives have taken several revisions, creating a lot of work for me to review and critique to fit our brand.

In this particular instance the work couldn't have been done any quicker or better, I was very happy with the work that was produced.

I’m a team builder at a marketing company. We partner with established businesses, operating as an extension of their marketing and business development departments.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mavlers?

We hired Mavlers to help us with Google Ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Immediately, the team I was assigned began to take over the campaign in a good way. They suggested edits to the landing page that were certainly needed, built out the structure of our campaign in Excel, and set up tracking and reporting.

Our client had a small budget of $500, but from month one, Mavlers was able to impress by raking in almost $6,000 in conversion value. Six months later, we’re seeing even better results, with this past July raking in a ROAS of 1,297.99%. We’re now working with Mavlers on multiple clients, with projects going beyond Google Ads.

How did you come to work with Mavlers?

I found Mavlers through an email they sent me. It was around Thanksgiving, and they sent me a beautifully designed HTML email. It stood out amongst all the other typical garbage emails I’m sent. I figured I would reach out and see if they were legit or just happened to put together a nice email that got to me at the right time. I met with one of their reps and, after some further due diligence, decided to give them a shot at running some Google Ads for a local escape room client. 

I had a good feeling about Mavlers overall. They were professional and not sloppy. They also seemed to understand how marketing worked in the USA, which they proved to be true.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Mavlers has been able to impress us by raking in almost $6,000 in conversion value with a $500 budget. We’re seeing even better results six months later, with this past July raking in a ROAS of 1,297.99%. We’ve also seen a 13%–28% increase in room bookings.

How did Mavlers perform from a project management standpoint?

Mavlers always delivers on time. We communicate via Discord and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with Mavlers’ ability to vet and hire good talent. This is key to working with overseas contractors, and Mavlers does a good job at it.

I'm the director of retention at PetLab Co. We develop scientifically researched pet supplements and grooming products, providing expert advice to promote the health and well-being of dogs and cats.

We needed help with the completion of a rebrand for our email marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mavlers helped us finalize our master template by adding new blocks and fixing issues with the current design, which had bugs on various clients. They then took that master template and built 200 templates to put into our flows.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall mavlers were excellent to work with.  Mavlers was clear with communication and provided top-level support.  We were on a really tight deadline to get a high priority project across the line and without them we would not have achieved this.  They also provided expertise we didn't have in the team to help with issues that arose throughout the project.  We will continue to work with mavlers going forwards as they are a dependable and skilled team.

We needed Mavlers to code a new email template that our design team had created.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided all the design elements, and Mavlers coded the HTML and loaded it into Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) in the correct format for that platform, including all the different content blocks. We also provided images of what we wanted the final email to look like and individual graphics needed for the build, such as background images.

We had an account manager, and I interacted with a couple more people from the technical team throughout the process.

We worked with them from June–July 2025.

The completed email template was uploaded to SFMC, and it all loaded correctly. This allowed us to make any edits we needed ourselves based on different campaigns.

Their project management was excellent. They delivered on time and responded well to our needs. Progress updates included sharing a link to view the coded email on different devices and mail providers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We've worked with the Mavlers (Uplers) team for less than a year so far, but overall it has been a great experience. They have been very knowledgeable about the Braze platform and have helped us execute a large number of email marketing campaigns. They are also great about giving suggestions if they feel we should adjust something on the targeting/ad copy/etc. We work closely with Radha and Anjals, and they are both fantastic! They handle our tasks efficiently and accurately.
