I’m the marketing director of a medical software company. Our software helps doctors code their patients for Medicare Advantage insurance.

What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious?

We wanted to get more visibility on search engines. At the time, we were a brand new company with a new website, so we wanted to be found for the terms related to our business. Thus, we needed help with our SEO efforts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Victorious has helped us create our on-site SEO strategy. Initially, we were working on building our site, for which they helped me strategize what keywords we wanted to get found for and how to organize those keywords into themes to create pages around those themes. 

Recently, we launched the website we were working on, and our engagement has expanded since. Now, we’re building more pages for different keyword themes and tracking visitors and rankings along the way. For this, they’ve helped me come up with ideas for our content.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact from Victorious is an account manager, but this person has a whole team working with him.

How did you come to work with Victorious?

I had worked with Victorious at a previous company, so when I joined my new company, I brought them in again. Originally, I searched for SEO companies online, found 3–4 different providers, and ultimately chose Victorious.

How much have you invested with them?

Victorious has provided me with around $200,000 worth of work.

What is the status of this engagement?

I originally started working with Victorious around January 2017 in my previous company. I left my previous company in August 2019 and reengaged with Victorious in September 2019 in my current position. To this day, our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

During the first year of our engagement, we saw explosive growth thanks to the strategy that Victorious came up with, reaching almost a 1,900% increase in organic traffic.

How did Victorious perform from a project management standpoint?

Victorious is very responsive. They usually respond within a couple of days, and I have a monthly call with the account manager. However, he’s always available if something comes up between meetings. They use Asana to manage the deliverables, and we communicate via Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Victorious always provides me with great information, and all the strategies they’ve suggested are usually spot-on.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really; although it would be great if they gave us a discount.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don’t have any particular advice. Victorious is very good, but it is always recommended to check various options and compare them.
