They have done an excellent job of aligning with our agile project management standards. We run a lot of parallel paths rather than pursuing more traditional processes, and her adaptability with regard to that has been a great asset to our work together. We use Monday.com to communicate and keep track of all the milestones throughout any given project. My recommendation would be that if you’re going to use Cinch, take time to listen to their ideas and concepts because their organization has significant experience and a unique perspective that can improve the project overall. I learned fairly early on not to just give them directions but to allow for flexibility as well, which was absolutely the right decision.
