Robbie from Stellar Biotech provided web design, development, and consulting services for our 30-page biotech website, including an online e-commerce store. We received a creative brief strategy and three design ideas, and updates and changes to our site were addressed promptly. Post-launch, we continue to receive support that ensures our site looks and runs perfectly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We first drafted a creative brief that outlined our goals, vision, and strategy for the company and website redesign. Robbie then created three different design options based on that creative brief. Our team then had the opportunity to discuss elements we liked and disliked from each design that best aligned with our brand, and we chose the design that best fit our brand. We then provided Robbie with the site map, and over time, copy, images, and other media.

Robbie was very receptive and prompt with the many changes my team and I requested throughout the process. Post launch, Robbie is working with us to ensure the site looks perfect and addressing various other factors such as site speed, SEO, and our online e-commerce store functionality. We now have a site that properly reflects our company and have already started to generate more leads.

Deliverables were always on time, and Robbie was flexible when our company needed to have the project timeline adjusted. He always responded to questions via email promptly and made himself available for extra meetings if necessary. We met weekly at a set time to discuss the project's progress and to-do's.
