Slam's project management was seamless from start to finish. From our first conversation with Silvia and Kyle, through the entire process working primarily with Kyle, everything felt easygoing and organized. He was responsive, creative in his thinking, and offered insights we hadn't considered from a visual perspective. The collaborative part of the process really stood out. Kyle would show us options and explain his reasoning rather than just telling us what wouldn't work. For example, when we wanted to try something that might not translate well visually, he'd say "let me show you what it looks like" rather than just shutting it down. We appreciated that approach—it helped us learn and make better decisions together. Kyle also stayed flexible when our timeline shifted. We went a little beyond the original timeline, but he was patient and committed to getting everything right. He never made us feel rushed, and he genuinely cared about the final product. When we needed to pause or adjust, he accommodated without complaint. He was also just incredibly pleasant to work with. Patient, collaborative, responsive, and always willing to jump on calls or answer questions. It felt like working with someone who genuinely enjoyed the work and wanted us to succeed.

The search results have improved dramatically. We’ve seen some reduction in customer service calls looking for specific parts or support videos. Sometime early in March, we saw about a 10% increase in organic search results, people getting what they wanted. AALOGICS’ resources are consistently available and very prompt. Technically, they’re very good. They provide a lot of good technical capabilities within their staff, which is good in our situation. They’re very good at all the maintenance. When I see problems, they’re very good about resolving the issues and knowing what to do. They’re very good at technical and programming work.

Redstage’s project management is probably the thing they do best as compared to a lot of other developers. The stereotype is that technical developers aren’t the best people to handle business relationships and understand clients. In the past, we worked with developers that would send a very technical email and leave it to us to understand it. Being a small business, we don’t have a dedicated IT support staff to help communicate with them so Redstage’s account management has acted as an intermediary to help us understand what’s being done, why it’s being done, what needs to be done and what doesn’t right now.
