Our website was a very minimal and bare bones site before we engaged with Weby. We were looking for a new site design that would inspire confidence with our clients, attract job seekers, look sleek and still convey the necessary information to our audience. Additionally, we needed to incorporate our jobs portal and information for potential clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I met with several firms that do this type of website design work and found that Weby agency had worked with a wide variety of prior clients, they had a good understanding of what multiple audiences would be looking for. They had insightful ideas and great samples of previous work and had a great team.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had an initial kick-off meeting, Weby then provided a timeline for completion of the project including various milestones. From there, I was interviewed to share information about my company so we could get to the voice of the customer and get the best copy writing. I opted to do a photo shoot for use on the website, so after the photos came back, I provided those to Weby. Throughout the process, the team at Weby was working on a mock up of wireframes for my site. Once I had approved the overall content, they got to work developing the pages. There were a few rounds of edits and we went live!

There were 3 folks on the team that I had regular contact with, one primary contact, one person who did a lot of follow up on on small questions throughout the process, and one person who interviewed me to understand my business and do competitor research.

I've had compliments from many existing clients and an easier time converting warm leads to new clients since the new website has gone up.

We had an initial call where we discussed our goals and background of the company. We first talked about the structure of the new website, then the content and then Weby came up with some initial designs. They also hired an illustrator for designing some outstanding illustrations.

We listed our project on Dribble, and we got almost 200 applications for the job. We interviewed a few, and Weby was easy to communicate with, and they understood the goal immediately.

To start we had a meeting with Luna from Weby and told him the story about our company along with our vision, goals and values. We then looked into the product we are currently developing and then agreed on the scope and the goals with rebranding. We got the first ideas soon after the first meeting and we got many great ideas but one idea was perfect for the goal we aimed for with the rebranding and also to capture the value of our service. Then we gave them some inputs and with few revisions, we got the final version ready. The delivery was professional and included everything we needed.

I worked directly with two people from Weby Agency. One Branding, Design & Content Strategist and one graphical designer.

We have not launched our product yet. But we believe that the rebranding and our new e-mobility solution are a success from a product development standpoint.

There was a disconnect between the solution we were providing to our users and messaging that was being delivered to our users. Our goal was to minimize that gap by increasing new user signups and converting them into paying customers.
SOLUTION
How did you select Weby Agency?
We searched for conversion rate optimization specialists for weeks on LinkedIn, and based on initial conversations with Santiago, we thought it was a good fit going forward.

After we discussed the scope, Santiago and I spoke at length about the user and the pain points we were trying to solve for our users. From there, Santiago and his team immediately dove into reworking the user experience of our product to remove bloat that confuses the user. Afterward, landing pages were reworked, signup flows were optimized for simplicity, and emails were crafted to increase engagement after signup. Santiago and his team provided the strategy and content needed to execute these projects.

I worked closely with the principal of Weby Agency, Santiago Luna. Santiago has 2 colleagues supporting him behind the scenes for my project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since beginning our work, visitors to our site increased more than 2 fold and new sign-ups by 60%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Santiago was great to communicate with. He was patient in attempting to understand our users and delivered action items and results on time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive thing about Weby Agency was that Santiago and his team provided us with the structural framework on how to create effective content marketing campaigns which produce results. It was incredibly valuable to have this initial framework to build on.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everything can always be done better, but if I were to nit-pick, I would have established one dedicated Google Drive folder to organize all deliverables. In the end, I'm appreciative of the strong foundation of our content marketing foundation laid out by Weby Agency.
