Weband Studio

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of a company that provides web development, SEO, and UI/UX design services. We deliver innovative and effective digital solutions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Weband Studio?

We needed support with web design and development across multiple projects. Our main goals were to deliver high-quality, responsive websites, meet project deadlines, and have a reliable long-term partner who could adapt to different client and business requirements.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Weband Studio has handled web design and development across multiple projects. Their work has included creating responsive, user-friendly websites, implementing custom functionality based on project requirements, and ensuring the final products are reliable, fast, and compatible across devices and browsers. They also support us with ongoing updates and improvements when needed.

Specifically, Weband Studio has been responsible for the full website implementation, including responsive page layouts, content sections, contact forms, navigation, and CMS integration so content can be managed easily. Depending on the project, they’ve also developed custom features and interactive elements tailored to the specific requirements. They’ve handled testing, mobile optimization, and ongoing updates as needed.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Weband Studio.

How did you come to work with Weband Studio?

We found them through an online search and Clutch. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, and good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2023, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main outcomes have been the successful delivery of multiple high-quality websites that are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with each project’s requirements. Weband Studio consistently meets deadlines, handles feedback efficiently, and provides reliable support throughout the projects. The completed websites have improved the online presentation of our clients and given them platforms that are easier to manage and use.

We haven’t tracked detailed analytics across every project, so we can’t provide specific traffic or conversion figures. However, the websites have received positive feedback from clients for their modern design, ease of use, responsiveness, and overall performance. The projects have been delivered successfully and met the expected requirements.

How did Weband Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Weband Studio has stood out for clear communication, timely delivery, and their ability to respond quickly to feedback and requested changes. Our primary form of communication has been virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What has stood out most is their combination of strong technical skills, attention to detail, and reliable communication. They’re flexible across different projects, understand requirements quickly, and deliver high-quality work within the expected timelines. Their willingness to address feedback promptly and act as a dependable long-term partner has been especially valuable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We haven’t identified any significant areas for improvement. Weband Studio has been responsive, professional, and delivered work that meets our expectations throughout the projects.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Design and build of a digital sales platform for a residential development - the primary channel through which buyers discover, evaluate, and reserve a home. Scope covers positioning and narrative, content architecture, UX and visual design, front-end build, live inventory integration, and analytics.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform now carries the majority of the sales process. Buyers arrive already understanding what the building is and why it was designed the way it was, which shifted the first conversation away from explanation and toward decision.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was consistent throughout. Deliverables arrived on schedule, and where timelines shifted it was flagged in advance rather than discovered late. Communication ran through a single point of contact, with regular check-ins and quick turnaround on feedback. What stood out was their willingness to engage with the thinking behind the project rather than just executing a brief. We came with a specific position - that a building should be sold through how it feels to live in, not through specifications - and they built the structure to support that argument instead of defaulting to a standard property template. Revisions were handled without friction, and requests outside the original scope were accommodated where they made sense. We would work with them again.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They made every client feel like the only one. Responses are fast, the standard never slips to hit a deadline, and support continued well past delivery - the work didn't end when the project shipped.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Weband Studio could have done differently?

Nothing on the work itself. If I'm reaching, the only thing I'd note is that a project this ambitious moves fast, and there were moments where we as the client were the bottleneck rather than them. That's on us, not Weband.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The engagement transformed Juliany's digital presence from a legacy system into a modern, competitive e-commerce platform capable of supporting luxury watch and jewelry retail at scale. The modernized website serves as both a direct sales channel and a digital extension of Juliany's physical retail network, enabling customers to research products online, make purchases, and access repair services information.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project's success is demonstrated through a combination of quantitative metrics (traffic, conversions, revenue) and qualitative improvements (user experience, brand perception, omnichannel integration). The modernized website effectively transformed Juliany's digital presence, enabling the company to compete effectively in the luxury watch and jewelry e-commerce market while maintaining the family business's heritage and values across both physical and digital channels.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Weband's project management approach successfully navigated the complexities of building a custom e-commerce platform for a luxury retail brand. The team balanced technical challenges with client satisfaction, delivering a smooth overall experience despite the expected delays and challenges inherent to projects of this scope. Their responsiveness to your needs and ability to maintain project momentum through obstacles demonstrates effective project management and partnership approach.

What was your primary form of communication with Weband Studio?

• In-Person Meeting
• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Weband Studio impressed us most through their genuine motivation and commitment to continuous improvement throughout the project. Beyond simply fulfilling requirements, the team demonstrated a proactive approach—anticipating challenges, identifying optimization opportunities, and suggesting enhancements without being prompted. Their drive for excellence and dedication to delivering the best possible outcome for Juliany went beyond typical vendor engagement, fostering a true partnership mentality. This combination of motivation, initiative, and striving for improvement distinguished them as a collaborative partner genuinely invested in the project's success rather than just completing contractual obligations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Weband Studio could have done differently?

While Weband Studio delivered a successful project overall, there were opportunities for improvement in two key areas. Quality control could have been more rigorous in catching minor issues before delivery, reducing the need for post-launch fixes and refinements. Additionally, the team sometimes lost sight of the bigger picture during implementation—occasionally focusing on individual technical components rather than how they integrated into the overall user experience and business objectives, which occasionally required course correction and realignment with the project's strategic goals.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Head of Marketing at Retap Bulgaria

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Weband Studio?

Weband Studio designed and developed our Product Landing Page where, interactively and with the help of 3D models of the products which they have created for us, users can view their bottle, customize it, and order it.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our requirements were quite challenging and that's why we were looking for an agency whose design and technical abilities are second to none. Our approach was to select an agency winner in some of the biggest local contests. This way we noticed they participated in "Site of the Year" and have been awarded more than once, as well as their rich portfolio.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

At a meeting, Weband Studio presented us with their creative design concept for the site, showing us examples of other similarly challenging projects they have worked on. They kept us up to date with the project and provided us with a link to review the site before launching it officially.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked indirectly with the chief designer and especially with the project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our special community in Retap Bulgaria was more than surprised with the final result. Our customers were very happy with the innovative way to order and design a bottle and quite a few of them tried it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great, we were reassured that everything was moving within the pre-agreed timelines, they kept us updated on where the project was going and answered all our questions in detail. We recommend working with this team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The dedication and creative approach of the entire team is incredible. They gave us a fully finished and working product and assisted us every step of the way where we needed it. This gave us peace of mind and confidence that we had entrusted the difficult task to the right people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were a lot of technical decisions to be made in the middle of the process but we understand the complexity of creating something innovative for everyone.
