Because this is an ongoing project we always have different tasks that come up related to the website every few weeks. We are always making improvements and it is nice to have help when we need it.

So far every task presented has been completed in a very timely manner and better than expectations.

As soon as I send through a breif via email for a task it is asknowledged and then any follw up questions are asked quickly and then the solution is resolved within a day or two depending on the complexity of the task, sometimes within a few hours.

Everything is good so far.

A previous employee under different management created multiple Google Merchant Center accounts and Google Ads accounts and configured them incorrectly and inaccurately. Accounts became suspended which froze multiple critical domains to be frozen out of the Google sales channels. After many months of endless talks with Google and other professionals who said they could help we had made no progress and we're considering rebranding or new domains.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Habib was top rated on Upwork for GMC related issues. We thought one more try couldn't hurt.

We would give access to the accounts and Habib would methodically go through every field and the website and check that everything was correct. Sometimes there were discrepancies between our Shopify settings and GMC settings that were causing problems. Sometimes it was regional settings that had been incorrectly transferred from another region. There were many small issues that other professionals, including advanced Google support staff, missed.

1 person. 1 golden person. And the hero's name is Habib.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

100% mission accomplished. We couldnt have been more impressed by how steady and methodical Habib was compared to everyone else we had worked with on these issues. Results in hours or days when we expected weeks. He underpromised and overdelivered which is always nice.

Communication was prompt, English fluent. We had many tasks for him and I can't remember specifically every one but I feel like every one was addressed within an hour or so and reviews submitted to Google within the day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Habib got a solution. Google is broken in this area. We had high tier Google tech support staff on the phone trying to work with us and they didn't get a solution. It's incredible but they couldn't see precisely what the problems were, just that there was something triggering the suspension system. Amazing. Web Technology BD's Habib was the only person who managed to get even one account unsuspended, let alone all of them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. Nothing was bad about our experience. At all. Thank you so much Habib. If you're reading this far and considering just click the button and contact him. Save yourself months of trouble. I wish we had found him at the beginning. At least we found him eventually.

A project director is assigned and only contact throught out the whole development. Which is very convenient and streamlined our communication.

After launching our site, we say 60% increase of traffic, and 20% of our keywords are ranked on the first page of Google.

In the beginning, the only concern is the different time zone. However, we adapted swiftly and in fact, we found this might be a good work style as we can work in our own time zone and review the outcome the next day.

We want to establish our online presence, and I’m developing the website myself. There were a few adjustments I needed to make but they had to be done by a professional.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web Technology BD is handling the platform’s adjustments, which includes adding and removing certain features. For example, I wanted my description removed from the pictures on the category web page. For my product page, I wanted two images in specific places that I couldn’t add myself, and they handled that. Basically, they’re doing style adjustments and maintenance.

The project started and finished in July 2020. If I come across another barrier while building my website, I’ll contact them in the future. They’re my first choice from now on.

I’ve done 2–3 projects with them, and they’ve delivered them to the exact specifications I required. They have great customer service. If I didn’t like something, they’d revise it. I was very pleased with their service.

We communicate through Fiverr. As soon as I put in my requests, they complete them within the same day.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their quality of work is very good. I’ve used other vendors before who have had mediocre outputs. However, that wasn’t the case with Web Technology BD. They make revisions until they meet my exact criteria. What’s more, they’re very cost-effective.

No, I can’t think of anything. They took care of all my change requests until they were perfect.

They didn’t have any issues with communication, but English isn’t their first language. Taking screenshots or using an online translation tool will be helpful.
