We decided it was time to give our Members' Portal an update, in terms of look and feel, and to improve the functionality. The portal is a way for members to promote what they do and for whom, and to keep up to date with what is happening within Pimento.

We investigated updating our current portal, but felt in the end that it was necessary to rebuild it to give the improvements we needed.

We were limited with what we could change ourselves on the old site, so a new CMS was created also, allowing us to add and remove members, help with their content, add our content, including news, events and managing our members' blog.

Reuben helped us to scope out the new platform, designed and built the site, built the CMS and helped us migrate over from the old system.

Reuben are always quick to respond. They are helpful and communicate well. They deliver on time or communicate if there is a reason they are unable to. They come up with good ideas and provide suggestions if something is not possible or not quite right.

They did exactly what they promised they would do and were good value.

No, we were very happy with the new site and system.

They were always quick to respond to requests, offering insightful solutions and new ideas for site development. Some of our requests have been quite complex and on these occasions, we’ve found that Reuben will take the time to work the idea through with us to ensure we get what we need.

Their pricing is highly competitive and their account management, support and development teams are second to none in terms of friendliness, helpfulness and flexibility. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
