Overall, we are extremely pleased with the outcome and the quality of the work. In particular, we are grateful that communication was always clear and direct -- solutions to problems where usually given on the spot or after a few exchanges. Creativity, efficiency and an understanding of their 'business' are some of the words that come to mind. We also appreciated the way they adhered to requests, deadlines, QA processes and yet were also to be patient and flexible when we needed to find things on our side. All in all, a great experience.

Step 1- Discovery session with the client Step 2- Initial Design Step 3- Client review of design Step 4- Apply client changes. This step repeats itself until the client is satisfied. With 11th Agency, we rarely have more than 2 or 3 adjustments. They do a great job of capturing the client's vision. Step 5- Finalize designs and provide logos in 6 formats for marketing and print. They also provide a brand guide for marketing use.

For logo and branding designs, we usually only work with two people regularly although I am sure there are more team members behind the scenes helping facilitate and complete the projects. 1. Project Manager- facilitates communication and timelines 2. Designer- the creation and modification of the actual designs 3. Administrative staff- billing, invoicing
