What challenge were you trying to address with Makro Agency?

We hired Makro Agency to help us rebrand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us redo our logo. Their services included creating the logo mark, letterhead, business cards and so on, rebranding our whole look. 

What is the team composition?

I mainly worked with Mike (Founder). 

How did you come to work with Makro Agency?

I went to school with Mike, so I knew what he was working on through social media. From there, I reached out and we started working together. 

How much have you invested with them?

We paid $3,200 for the whole project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–May 2020. It took a bit longer because our team was undecided on what we wanted, so it wasn’t Makro Agency’s fault that the project ran long. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their service was incredible. 

How did Makro Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We could ask them an unlimited amount of questions; they were never reluctant to help us. Any time we wanted to call or text, they’d answer right away. We mainly used email, phone, and Facebook Messenger. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were particular about what we wanted. For example, the business cards needed to be redone a few times and Mike was never reluctant and got it done right away. I had a million questions and they answered all of them. Other companies would push back. They were incredible to work with—their team was so kind and professional. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I can think of. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d recommend anyone use their services. Don’t be shy to ask questions—they’ll always give you 100%.

We were looking for an up to date website that would simplify our services.

Makro Agency developed our website from scratch. First, they researched our industry. Then, working in Webflow, the team built out the front- and backend of the site, including different sections of the site such as web forms.

We worked with five members of the Makro Agency team, including one main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Makro Agency?

I received a referral for Makro Agency from a friend. After seeing their resume, we decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested about $13,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement ran from September 2019–March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website is great. It’s up to date and stands out and, most importantly, contains all the necessary information about our company. We are very confident and comfortable with the results.

How did Makro Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication was perfect, and we always received very quick responses. Our teams used Loom to manage the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Makro Agency excels at communication and clarity. They understood what we needed even based off of the rough idea I gave them. They did a lot of research and understood the language of my business, which helped a lot.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything went great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them as much information as possible and all of the tools they need to do research for your project. If something needs more explanation or clarity, provide extra information. They have really good suggestions, listen to them.
