We offered a colour scheme, basic outline and some brand guidance. The rest of the project was left to them.

A successful website that meets our very broad specification.

It allows us to learn and evolve. We can make many of the amendments ourselves and any that we cannot are covered as part of our contract or at a reasonable cost.

The return on investment is great as over five years on it is still working really well for us.

I loved that they did not need loads of information to start the project and went with the flow. I allowed them a lot of freedom in the design as I trusted that they were experts. They did not fail to deliver.

I consider them great value for money, they have integrity and they are responsive. I can highly recommend them.

Not that I can think of but if I do have an issue I feel I can contact their team and raise concerns.

We decided it was time to give our Members' Portal an update, in terms of look and feel, and to improve the functionality. The portal is a way for members to promote what they do and for whom, and to keep up to date with what is happening within Pimento.

We investigated updating our current portal, but felt in the end that it was necessary to rebuild it to give the improvements we needed.

We were limited with what we could change ourselves on the old site, so a new CMS was created also, allowing us to add and remove members, help with their content, add our content, including news, events and managing our members' blog.

Reuben helped us to scope out the new platform, designed and built the site, built the CMS and helped us migrate over from the old system.
