We found this vendor online with Fiver. The reasonable price point was the deciding factor for selecting their services.

After a few briefings we were able to come up with a general and solid direction of where we wanted to go with this project. Then we began the process by sending the writing portion for the site followed up with photos and logos we wanted to incorporate in the site. After that we had some edits that were completed and then we finalized the online payment options.

In total it was 2 different associates. Rabia and Abdul. The manager and associate.

Customers and people of interest are easily able to go to the site and acquire any information that they need to know and begin the purchasing process.

They were easy to work with, simply because they kept us up to date with all transactions throughout the entire process.

They were very knowledgeable of the entire design process and took the time to explain that needed to be broken down.

Some things could have been done a little quicker, but then again we are fully satisfied with the end result because they took their time to be thorough.

Our new website and brand has grown over 36% since the launch in September 2022 and we continue to onboard new leads and customers thanks to the developer improvements on our website.

Rabia and the team were very thorough in understanding the project needs up front. We kept in contact the whole time and they completed the tasks quickly.

Overall, we're very impressed with the wide range of knowledge and skills of the team. They've assisted us with small html updates and more complex react implementations on our wordpress site.

We're very happy with the team and love working with them. I don't have any recommendations to make at this time.

Our company is in the Food & Beverage industry, and I was the main point of contact with eBridge, and my job was to ensure that their work met our requirements.

We used UpWork to receive several proposals, then conducted interviews with the most promising proposers and narrowed it down to eBridge.

We had a few meetings to discuss goals & objectives. They then created the wireframes with our back-and-forth feedback, followed by the front/back end. Everything was paid for in multiple milestones released after our satisfaction.

There was a Designer, and several Developers.

Everything went better than we had hoped and expected.

We used UpWork, Email, WhatsApp, and Zoom calls. Timeliness was good as long as we were communicating to respond to their questions quickly.

They put themselves in our shoes, and looked at things from our perspective to find solutions and ideas which would enhance the project.

The initial kick-off discussions could have been a bit more in depth, and may have made the process a bit smoother, as it would have prevented the need to make adjustments later on.

Everything was not only done on time but also communicated very well.

Each one communicated perfectly and their team lead always kept me up to date on the development of the framework as well as any possible delays.

The end result. After the project was completed my web team was impressed with the quality of the frame work that was delivered.

I would say time management. The project was supposed to take 60 but ended up take a little over 70. There was challenges integrating graphics into the frame work but that was due to the application the art was rendered in not the web developers.

Our website was old and out of date and we needed someone to present options for redesign and then develop and modernize a totally new site.

We have had good experiences with developers in Pakistan. Quality work at reasonable prices. We searched online and after chatting with three developers we selected Rabia of eBridge Technologies.

We discuss my plans for the new site via Zoom. Rabia presented a wide variety of themes to select. I chose a contemporary theme, provided credentials to the old site, and then fresh images and written content. Rabia then completed a draft of the new site. We had ample opportunity to revise the product until it was completed.
