We were in talks over Skype. However, we were also given choices for WhatsApp and Slack which means they use both of them as communication tools as well. They divided the entire project in small chunks of tasks which eased our work of reviewing the deliverables. They used to provide us ETAs for every new upgrade which seemed quite impressive. Because of such an approach followed by them, we were not worried about the timelines.

Whenever we got the chance to interact with their leadership, it seemed that they always wanted to ensure maximum satisfaction of their clients which is, of course, a good thing. Though they were available on many platforms i.e. Slack, Skype, WhatsApp, Gmail, etc., we preferred Slack for any communication.
