This was incredibly valuable as League Design have a much greater knowledge of what makes a successful website. The time keeping was excellent, and league design never cancelled any calls last minute. They kept me very in the loop and didnt progress to a new stage without my initial feedback and approval

Always communicating the next steps and what they needed from us promptly, always following up when they said they would, and chasing us to respond if we were late responding. They kept all the timings on track perfectly and were adaptable if we needed more time to respond to something. It might have been helpful to have a workflow tracker of sorts, especially in regards to what they needed from us, to help us respond more quickly.
