I was midway through a development project with a team of engineers, and we were severely lacking in UX / UI capability on the project, and it showed in the results. I needed a team who could come in and dramatically uplift the quality of the UX / UI that was being fed into the development process.

Wanted to migrate away from a legacy platform and productise our software platform.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We ran a set of UX / UI design challenges with several potential providers and individual contributors. The League Design submission to the challenge was a class above everything else.

The initial requirements were that the designers merge into the development workflow and receive design tickets via JIRA 'just in time' as part of the development workflow. After trialling this for awhile, we realised the need to allow the designers to move ahead of the development / delivery process.

Workflow has been effective. It needed to be revisited to support the designers faster pace of ideation and iteration.

I am most impressed with the way that the team can pickup a tiny thread of an idea / feature / user story and interpret this into a fully integrated UX/UI solution with such detail and mastery!

We had a few edits afterward and they were happy to handle them.
