The access I have to Ross and his company is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Everyone at Frogslayer treats us with respect, but they also talk to us like we’re friends.

We managed the project, so it was a matter of them becoming our team, with their resources integrated into it. They were definitely team players and they did exactly what was needed. The small amount of project management required on their side was done very well by Eric. We were in touch on a daily basis: whenever we needed him, and he was there to help and support, although we have some time and geographical differences. They were available, responsive, and very collaborative. We used Google Hangouts for daily discussions, during which we made sure that we were on track.
