Once we started using the iOS app, we were able to use all our trucks and drivers better. There were no mixups and no wasted trips. We’re seeing better results and less downtime. We’re now doing more work with the same people and trucks. Second app for public use is still being built.

So we asked Simpalm to add automated notifications, personalized credit insights, and an in-app chat for customer support. They also made sure everything synced properly with our backend systems and third-party financial tools.
