During our internal meetings, they suggested features They saw that ours was a B2B e-commerce platform where users could find wholesalers and suppliers. The other company didn't meet the deadline, and it was very difficult to reach them. Meanwhile, Synergy Labs offered to have an in-person meeting. We had a phone call and an in-person meeting, during which they explained the scope of work.

We had a web application for a couple of years, but there was a big demand for our product in the market. We had some new ideas to connect caregivers with people who needed care, so we hired Synergy Labs to create a mobile app version of our web app.

Synergy Labs has helped us create three versions of our mobile app for iOS and Android. The first app is for elderly people who need our caregiving services. The second app is for caregivers who want to provide those services. The third app is for partners who want to put their ads on our app and provide transportation services.

We initially wanted to create this app for iPads because elderly people sometimes have problems with their vision. However, we thought that we needed to provide a more comfortable version of this app for partners and caregivers, so we've made it available for smartphones as well.

Synergy Labs has used Figma to create the designs. They've shared a clickable prototype with me so that I can see how the app works. As for the coding, Synergy Labs is using JavaScript.

Synergy Labs has also tested the app by themselves and suggested features to be included. For example, they've suggested adding video reviews because, for elderly people, it might be difficult to type entire reviews about our product. The team has done market research for me, allowing them to suggest features we haven't thought of.

Besides the owner, their team has included a project manager, who communicates a lot with me; a designer, who has created the Figma designs; and the head of development, who has been in charge of controlling the coding process. They met my budget and gave me a clear scope even before we signed a contract. They did half the job for free, including the initial design. Our app also makes it easy for elderly people to do these activities with their phones. Before, their children and younger generations used to do this for them. This is very comfortable and different from what we have in the market, so I believe it'll be a big success.

I'd like to give a shout-out to Mike, the project manager. She has been very responsible and talks to me as if we were friends. The fact that she's a project manager like me has made the process very simple for me. Initially, I wanted to manage the project myself, but when I tried, it was more difficult than I thought because there were many activities involved in developing the different versions of our apps.

Therefore, I asked Synergy Labs to assign a professional project manager. I've learned a lot from Mike. She has acted as a true friend and shown me how to do some activities with the apps.

Synergy Labs is very professional. They've done a good job meeting all the deadlines and my expectations, so I'm very satisfied. I'm not the owner, but I'm the project manager, and their work has helped me get a promotion.
