The primary goal was to develop a mobile app and website, including the first Minimum Viable Product (MVP), to extend a Manhattan-level laundry outsourcing experience to areas where such services are not readily available.

The project with Synergy Labs involved several phases. Initially, we conducted detailed consultations to gather requirements and understand the vision for the app and website, followed by market research and planning to outline the project timeline and key features. 
The MVP development phase focused on creating a functional prototype to validate the concept. For the app, Synergy Labs designed intuitive wireframes and prototypes, enhancing UI/UX with features like user profiles, order tracking, and secure payments. Concurrently, the website development included responsive design, consistent with the app, featuring service descriptions, booking systems, and user testimonials. 
Rigorous testing and quality assurance ensured optimal performance and usability across devices. The final stages involved deployment, launch coordination, and post-launch support, including documentation and training for the client's team to ensure effective management and maintenance of the new systems.

It was a little bit problematic to realize actions with the map and locations, so I believe, Synergy Lab could enhance their ability to provide more complex services in means of technology. However, I have to mention that our cooperation dates back to more than a couple of years ago, and my comment may be not actual for the present time.
