The story telling improved how our end customer understands our product and will lead to more paying customers as a result. We haven't officially launched our site but were already getting paid customers with our average site. Everyone who has seen the site so far has been blown away and for our team at Light AI that is a good sign. The team did deliver on time - If delays were ever expected the team would communicate the reason for this. Often delays were due to the team's commitment to excellence and high-quality work. When adjustments were required due to a lack of satisfaction on design the team would take responsibility without question and go above and beyond often without me even suggesting it. Designs would be presented that we were content with and then they would find flaws in their own work and make it better without us saying anything.
