5.0 Jul 14, 2025Barry at Leadable is very approachable and trustworthy. He speaks honestly and candidly about the market and comes across as a real thought-leader and innovator in his space. More importantly, he is quick to pivot and see opportunities in lead-gen in new channels when others fail. I notified Barry of this, and he responded very quickly to apologise and address the concerns, acknowledging that this is still a new product offering and they did not have a process in place to prevent this, but were acting on it. I commend Barry's honest response and quick turnaround in addressing this, where other vendors might have shirked responsibility.
