Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were able to increase our numbers immediately after setting up everything! Iterations are implemented quickly, which has allowed us to further improve our numbers throughout the process.
We’ve saved time because questions are answered by the team lead. Now, we spend more time on business development topics.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
ScaleMill is always super supportive, and they take the initiative to do things themselves. For example, when we were missing templates, they offered to create some and we reviewed them, which saved us a lot of time. Internal communication is easy, reliable, and friendly.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We are impressed with their implementation and support. They did a great job of getting us up and running. The founders are very solution-oriented, and they often help us with decision making by sharing their experiences and industry insights.
They also have a great team spirit. I’m impressed by the team’s consistently good atmosphere. I feel like we’re all well-connected to the team even though we don’t do video calls (we’ve only talked with each other via phone except for a face-to-face sales meeting).
Are there any areas for improvement?
They could notify us quicker about bug issues. Sometimes we were notified weeks after the issue was found. If a call-agent has problems with the platform, this feedback is super important and should be shared as quickly as possible.
When new processes (iterations) are introduced, the team agrees and claims to understand it, but they still don’t adapt to the new tools entirely. I wish the team lead would offer more guidance in this aspect.
Also, regarding intercultural management, I would enjoy some feedback about how to handle the team better in terms of communication, feedback, and tracking.
